Enjoy the luxury of this sun-drenched 54m2 top floor corner apartment with views of the harbour and St Patricks cathedral. A unique contemporary renovation has been completed with designer furniture and fixtures, quality appliances and personalized touches. A high stud and polished jarrah wood floors contribute to the character of this 1914 apartment.
Drift off and awaken to a harbour and cathedral view in the luxurious comfortable super-king bed. The separate bedroom has a unique corner position, a TV with Netflix and luxurious velvet black out drapes so you can sleep any time of day.
After enjoying the sights of Auckland city relax in your lounge retreat (separated from the bedroom by a large sliding door). There is a large flat screen television with a selection of sky channels. One of the seats can be converted into a single sofa bed on request. The dining area can seat three.
Within walking distance, you have some of the best eateries Auckland has on offer, but if you would prefer a night at home, your apartment boasts a fully functional kitchen. Fitted out with all new quality appliances and accessories. Compact oven, 4 burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine. A full range of cooking equipment, utensils, crockery, and glasses are supplied. For your ease and enjoyment complimentary pantry items, milk, teas, and coffees (plunger, instant, capsules), biscuits are provided - enjoy.
Spread out and soak away in the bath or separate shower. The spacious tiled bathroom with over-sized vanity provides plenty of room for you to prepare for your event or unwind and relax. Toiletries, towels (heated towel rail) and pool towels are provided.
The apartment has a washer/dryer, but if you prefer you can use the guest laundries with commercial machines.
While you can open windows for natural ventilation, the apartment also has adjustable central heating and air-conditioning. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for your comfort too.
Swipe key access via three elevators from the main foyer. Security cameras in communal areas and lifts. 24hr security.
Parking: The apartment does not have a private carpark. I am happy to provide information on the public car-parking options nearby - the closest public carpark is next door.

Private apartment guests may use all the facilities of the building (pools, spas, tennis) but cannot use the services of the hotel staff - no room service, valet parking, hotel luggage or hotel check-in services.
