Thank you for your review!

From the owner: "Thank you for your review and kind words Pamela! And thanks for letting us know about the Keurig instead of the coffee brewer, the shampoo, and the body wash, your feedback is helpful to us. We would love to see you again!"

Response from owner: "Thanks so much for your review, Alana! We are thrilled you had a fantastic time and we’re able to enjoy the view!"

From the owner: "Hi Leena, thank you for the review. I apologize for the delayed response, our local property manager was actually flown to Denver for a medical emergency on June 23rd, so I apologize for the inconvenience. Our welcome book, which is located in the kitchen, listed both my phone number and my husband's phone number for any guest who experiences difficulty reaching our property manager. Again, I apologize for the timeliness of any responses; we try to have a safe fail in place by providing alternate phone numbers listed in our welcome book. We are pleased that you enjoyed your time at Mountain’s Majesty."

Hi Jason, we appreciate your feedback, and we are committed to providing an excellent experience for our guests. Here are some insights from the homeowner:-We have taken note of your feedback regarding the need for deeper cleaning and the issue with the fireplace frame, and we are taking immediate steps to address these concerns.-We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the luxury level of the cabin and the amenities, such as the fire pit. In light of safety considerations following recent fires, we decided to remove the fire pit. We regret any oversight in updating the listing accordingly. However, we believe the representation of the cabin's luxury level is accurate, as reflected in the positive reviews from other guests.-We regret not being informed of these issues during your stay, as our local property manager and owners are always available to assist and enhance your experience.Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to continuously improving. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with an enhanced experience.

From the owner: "We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay, Jesse! We hope to see you at Mountain’s Majesty again."
