Tamar, parking that actually works in downtown Santa Fe is genuinely hard to come by, so glad that plus the space and the hot tub made for a comfortable stay. The railyard is a great corner of the city to wander, and you are welcome back anytime.

We are so sorry that the hot tub was not up to your standards! Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send our hot tub technician to the home to do a drain and refill. The hot tub has since been cleaned (in addition to its bi-monthly cleaning) and we have had many guests enjoy it over the last month.

We agree, the hot tub at this home certainly creates a welcome addition to the charm it already offered. Our checkout time is kept this way in order to ensure our valued staff has enough time to get the home ready for the next guest and any issues that may have occurred in the home can be patched up immediately. This gives us the ability to ensure the home is properly cared for in between stays.
