We did not see a benefit to the property being managed by a 3rd party. At check in, we only received 2/3 parking passes for the property. We were given one to a property down the street. We also received 2 keys which worked to get us into the building, but not our room. Front desk was unable to help, as they did not manage the property. I had to return to the property management office the next day to receive the correct parking passes and room keys. They wanted me to return later that day or the next to exchange the other parking passes, which I told them was a huge inconvenience. They sent somebody over later that day to retrieve them. We had an issue on the last day where we needed to communicate with the property management company. I called 3 different numbers and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. I finally messaged through the vrbo app and received a direct phone number to call.
The property was the only one in the building with orange construction fencing on the balcony, which obstructed our views while sitting on the balcony. The property appeared clean, but kitchen countertops and floors left paper towels and bottom of socks black. There were no oven mitts in the kitchen. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and was not the one pictured in the photos. The pools were enjoyed by the kids, but they smelled dirty. Despite these issues, my family made the best of the time in the property.
