The Space:
Welcome to the fabulous Majestic View! This home is a newly renovated, and completely updated, spacious home with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This beautiful home boasts a prominent position overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views of the emerald green waters that extend as far as you can see into the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. It is literally steps away from the ramp and stairs that lead down to the beautiful white sand beach below. It is just as close to the seasonally heated neighborhood pool. This prime 30A location is close to popular restaurants in Seagrove Beach, as well as many dining establishments, boutiques, trendy bars, specialty shops, galleries, outdoor concerts, and fun seasonal festivals in the nearby town of Seaside.

-VIEW LAYOUT & BEDROOM DETAILS:
1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This kitchen features plenty of counter space and top of the line stainless steel appliances to make cooking for a large group a breeze. This all white kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and gas top stove.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is located right next to the living room. There is a table which offers bench seating and two chairs at each end of the table. The elongated bar also has seating for 4 guests, comfortably seating a total of 14 guests.

LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room in an open-concept lay-out. With two couches and two additional high end accent chairs there is plenty of space for everyone to spend time together and enjoy the natural light which floods in from the wall of windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is located down stairs just past the kitchen. Fresh and full of natural light, this bedroom features a king size bed, high quality, luxury bedding, smart tv mounted on the wall, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in marble shower which comes complete with two shower heads: one stationary and one removable for ease and convenience.

BATHROOM #6 (HALF BATH): This half bath is located right off the kitchen and dining room area for convenience.



2ND FLOOR:



Bedroom & Bathroom #2: This Master bedroom has access to the balcony where you can smell the salty air and take in views of the sparkling water. This bedroom has a king sized bed with luxurious bedding and smart tv mounted on the wall. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a marble walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom & Bathroom #3: This bedroom comes with a king sized bed, luxurious bedding, smart tv mounted on the wall, balcony access to soak in the beautiful views and seabreeze, and comes complete with a private, ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also has a marble walk in shower.

Bedroom & Bathroom #4: The Bunk Room can easily accommodate 5 guests by offering a queen/twin bunk and twin/twin bunk. All beds have high quality, luxurious bedding. The bunk room also offers bean bag chairs and plenty of open space for personal belongings and activities. This bedroom also has its own smart tv mounted to the wall and comes complete with a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, perfect for the kids!

Laundry: Comes with full sized, side by side washer and dryer to make going home with clean clothes easy and convenient!



3RD FLOOR:



Bedroom & Bathroom #5: The final King bedroom is located on the third floor and features luxurious bedding, smart tv mounted on the wall, and a sliding glass door which offers unobstructed views of the beach. The balcony also includes chairs for lounging. The top floor penthouse style bedroom is very private feeling and of course comes complete with a spacious and private ensuite bathroom featuring a marble walk-in shower.

Outside:

Community Pool: Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA’s discretion, the community pool is typically heated from mid-October to mid-January and again during spring break.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:



•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

•This is a NON-smoking property.

•Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels and chairs are not provided.

Enjoyed Seaside
Really enjoyed our stay at seaside. The house was big enough for all 10 of us and so close to the beach that it made it easy to get the kids out of the house and down to the water. Also really enjoyed the heated pool with the temps in the mid 60s. Parking was great at the house but terrible around town. Golf carts for adults and Ubers are the way to go. If you have kids in car seats, getting around the town can be a challenge. The house was well appointed and had all necessary appliances. Property management was great at communication and quick to reply to our questions. Overall I would recommend this location for any family and this house was perfect for our family. Can’t wait for our next visit.
