We apologize for the absence of a hot tub and understand how it could enhance the experience, especially in colder and windy weather. Unfortunately, an amenity like a hot tub would need to be provided by the condo association and I don't believe they have any plans for that. Thank you for staying. There should be a good selection of channels on the television. It is the Cox cable service. The water in the building is on a common water heater (like a hotel), there was an issue with it that was resolved during your stay.
