Good to Know

- Children: This is a luxury home, not child-proof. Families with little ones are welcome but must supervise closely. Porta-cot, cot linen, highchair, and toys available on request.

- Pets: Not permitted (except genuine assistance animals with notice).

- Check-in/out: 3pm check-in (4pm festive season), 10am check-out. Guaranteed early/late options by arrangement (fee may apply).

- Parties: Strictly no wild parties, schoolies, bucks/hens. Small gatherings for booked & paying guests only, with prior approval. Quiet Hours 8pm-8am.

- Cleaning: Spotless on arrival — normal holiday rental cleaning included. Please leave respectfully (dishes away, BBQ clean, rubbish in bins).

- Security: External cameras at front porch & driveway for peace of mind.
