Pros: The location was perfect for our needs and the house is super cute. We were there for a family event and we were just 3 miles from everyone. Convenient to many stores and restaurants. The house was missing an ironing board and they had one sent right over to us. Cons: the bathroom rugs were dirty enough that we didn’t want to step on them in our bare feet. We threw them in the washer and that took care of the problem. The property managers were very apologetic and offered to have someone come over, but we declined and just washed them ourselves. For checkout, it was requested that we strip our beds. My husband and I were in the guest room, and my sister and her husband were staying in the master bedroom. When we stripped the bed in the guest room, the mattress protector had huge, unidentifiable stains, as well as the pillows we were using. They were so dirty that if I had seen that before sleeping in the bed, I would not have slept there. I did inform the property managers and they were once again apologetic. Hopefully they will replace that mattress pad and the pillows for the next guests. That being said, their communication was great and if they just fixed those few things we would probably stay there again.

That said, we're sorry to hear about the bathroom rugs and the stains on the mattress protector and pillows in the guest room—that's not the experience we want for our guests. Once we saw it was available, we were happy to reserve it for another visit. It was a very comfortable place for our week in Florida - clean and comfortable! Next time we come down we will look for it first!

House was clean and nice location. Prime location to Crystal River.The 2 things that would have made our stay better was to have blinds in kichen and sunroom for privacy. Also a TV in master bedroom. Also, there were only 4 towels for 4 night stay. Overall it was a great stay.

House nice and very clean. However, only Roku for tv so couldn’t watch any regular shows-not even local channels. Also, blinds badly needed for sunroom. No privacy and it got very warm with sun. Not a very nice area. But a nice house.

Mariann, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. - Thank you for mentioning that the house was nice and you found it very clean, we do appreciate that - We feel Roku was the best option for streaming or catching up on whatever series you may be watching, we're sorry if it didn't work for you - Personally, the idea of relaxing in the sun room with Mother natures blanket to keep you warm is appealing to me, as it has been with numerous guests. That's why we do not provide blinds and we have not had any issues with privacy We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! Check-in issue

The listing showed a name as the contact. When we didn't receive lock code information in a timely manner, we contacted the person shown. It turns out that he was the property owner, not the property manager. Fortunately, he was home when we called him, and he had a phone number for the property manager. She wasn't home when we first called - message wasn't returned. Second call reached her, and she assured us that we should have received that information (which we still hadn't). Within the hour, we did receive the code (as we were leaving for the airport to fly there), and everything went well after that. The house was perfect for our needs.

Home met all of our needs

We were celebrating 92nd birthday of my father, who owns a condo at Citrus Hills and needed a place where my husband, my daughter-in-law and I could stay in the evenings. This home was exactly as described and met all of our needs. Joe, the property manager, was also higly responsive.

A lot of bike riding…..a little beer.

Overall the home was clean and quite comfortable. I would suggest some patio furniture. The location was good but not as close to the biking trail as I had hoped.

Immaculate property, great experience

This house was immaculate! Everything was so clean, amenities were very helpful in case you forgot something such as a kitchen utensil, etc. Beds were extremely comfortable, great pillows, plenty of space for a weekend getaway! Long driveway was great for trailer. Location was great and was only about 25 mins from Homosassa public boat ramps. Would stay here again if the opportunity every presented itself again . Thanks for a great experience!
