- Mobile phone reception is very limited in Seal Rocks
- All Seal Rocks properties use tank water, please limit water use (you are welcome to bring bottled water if you prefer)
- Septic tank in place (please do not flush anything other than toilet paper or oil down the drain)
- If there is a power outage, the pumps do not work for the water tanks
