You'll have the entire home to yourself including 1200 square feet of wrap around veranda as well as 200 square feet of open deck with outdoor eating facilities. The veranda provides both sun and shade all day long. There is a private fenced backyard with an herb garden. Gorgeous outdoor living space!

Comes with all the summer essentials – central air conditioning, a cozy electric fireplace for cool evenings, fire pit and barbecue. Beach essentials are also included – a wagon, towels, toys, bicycles, umbrella etc.
