Welcome to Life on the Links! Located on a golf course, this newly built bungalow has plenty of amenities that will provide you and your guests with a memorable experience. This property is pet friendly and features a double attached garage, wifi, fireplace, outdoor fire pit, fully equipped kitchen and more. With close proximity to restaurants, shopping and local activities, which include golf and public beach access, this destination will not disappoint. Come stay and play!

The Links is a newly built 1400 sq ft bungalow located 4 km north of Gimli and approximately 1 hour from Winnipeg, Manitoba’s north perimeter. The 18 hole golf course is only one of the stunning features of this vacation rental. There are 3 spacious bedrooms for you and your guests. The primary has a king bed, smart TV and ensuite. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (one double and one twin) and a designated work space. The third bedroom has a double bed and all bedrooms have more than enough closet space for your belongings. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room is perfect for sharing meals, games, watching a movie or unwinding by the fireplace. The sunroom is wrapped in windows and overlooks the golf course. Curl up on the sofa (bed) with a good book or use it as a 4th bedroom and close the barn doors off to the rest of the home.
This beautiful bungalow is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and local activities whether you are a winter or summer enthusiast. There is plenty to do around Lake Winnipeg, and Gimli in particular, is a year round resort town that caters to guests wanting to unwind/relax and have fun. If you are strictly here for the golf, there are 5 courses within a 45 minute radius. Our goal is to have the landscape completed in 2024 but we did ensure that even if you decide to stay put at the Links, you have a fire pit to extend your time outdoors. Did we mention that you are a short walk to public beach access? If you are looking for a place to stay and play, this Manitoba destination will not disappoint!

Great Bungalow

We had a great stay. The location is only a couple minutes north of the Marina and the home was beautiful. It has a great view of the golf course too!

Great stay

We loved our stay! The location was great - close to town but nice and quiet. The sunroom was great for the kids to play and be able to leave their toys out. The weather was abnormally warm so we were even able to have a fire! Few things that you may want to bring/note: - mixing bowls - measuring spoons - tupperware - none of the rooms had lamps

Amazing Property and Location

Kim & Lisa are amazing hosts. Very responsive, attentive and kind - great people! The property is brand new and very well appointed. It's in a beautiful and peaceful area - my wife and I loved hearing the birds in the morning! And just a short walk from the water. Fantastic stay!

We spent a weekend in this nice house. It was spacious and very clean. We found a path bringing us to Loni Beach road so we could walk to Gimli Beach( approx 25 minutes)

Very nice and comfortable. Great with kids and dog. My only note is that usually you would get more at the price point. We had to bring towels and coffee pods, for example.

Respite

Eight of us needed a place to rest our heads throughout our fun-filled, very busy 80th birthday party weekend event. We LOVED the space! Clean, well-stocked, comfortable, trendy, are all words to describe the home. Every one of us said we would stay there again. The property managers were excellent communicators and all went smoothly. We highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the accommodations very much- we brought bikes so we did not have to use the car to go into Gimili- it’s a bit of a walk thus the bikes which worked out great- property was very clean and modern and was perfect having 3 bedrooms- no privacy fencing so it’s pretty open with the neighbours but not an issue for us. Would definitely book again.
