Both units have open concept living spaces, with dining areas, family rooms that include flat screen Smart TV's, and Wi-Fi that covers the whole property. Each unit has a fully equipped galley-style kitchen and the ground floor units both have a laundry room with full sized washers and dryers.



Both the front and back units have a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a triple twin bunk bed, and an additional king bed in the lower back studio unit. Both units also have queen pull out beds in the couches in each living room.



Just a short ferry ride away you can explore the beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the Fun Zone, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. Getting Around:

Explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Ave. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. Rent a bike, jet ski, stand up paddle board, or kayak. Whale watching, and deep-sea fishing trips are running daily with many boats that leave the Balboa Pavilion during all times of the day.
