Looking for the Luxury OCMD Vacation of your dreams? Look no further than The Hingham House in the private community of The Townes of Inner Links in the heart of Ocean Pines! Guests of this home are provided with one FREE parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo. The Beach Club is a short 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic. Ocean Pines boasts a plethora of dining and activities for all ages right within the community! There are indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, a library, restaurants, golf and walking trails.

This home does allow ONE small family dog, 15lb maximum, must be registered at time of booking.

This home, tucked back in the quiet private Townes of Inner Links , in the heart of Ocean Pines, is just a short 15 minute walk from the Ocean Pines Yacht Club, has views of the Ocean Pines Golf Course right in the backyard, and comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 2 children.

The Primary Bedroom, found on the main level, has a comfy King Bed, 55” Smart TV, large closet and the ultimate Luxury Primary Bath with Double Vanity and Custom Walk-in Shower, and Soaking Tub - there is even a Smart TV in the Bathroom! Also on the Main Level, there is a Half Bath and Full Size Washer and Dryer for your convenience. In the Living Area, there is plenty of space to gather while meals are prepared in the Well-equipped Kitchen. Or, stroll out to the Screened Porch to enjoy lovely views of the golf course.
In the cold winter months you can even cozy up around the gas fireplace, not available year round.

Wandering upstairs, you will find a Loft set up perfectly for kids of all ages. There is a large 50” Smart TV mounted at the perfect level for kids to hook up their favorite game system, sit back in the bean bag chairs and give the adults some quiet time. This level is also where you will find a Junior Suite with a Queen Bed and Full Bath, also accessible from the main room or the bedroom.

Going down to the lower level you will find the 2nd Living Area, thoughtfully set up with a 75” Smart TV, Sectional Sofa, and Barn Doors - just in case you’d like some privacy. Also on the lower level are 2 Bedrooms with Smart TVs and another Full Bath. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin bunk beds and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. This level also accesses the 2 car Garage which houses a generous supply of beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella for guests to enjoy during their visit.

Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal outdoor pools and an indoor pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry. While in Ocean Pines you can enjoy a number of parks and walking trails available within the community. There are 2 marinas, a premier racquet sports facility and a Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed championship golf course.

The Hingham House allows ONE small dog up to 15lbs, well-trained dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dog must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
