Step inside through a wide entry hall leading straight to the heart of the home, a gourmet kitchen. Equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal, make use of the Milano stainless-steel oven with induction cooktop, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils, and a Nespresso machine. Enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast bar or gather together around the eight-seater indoor dining table.

The open plan living and dining area opens to an entertainers’ patio replete with outdoor dining and a BBQ. Make your way down to the grassy lawn or get cosy around the fire pit in the cooler months.

In the evening, retreat back inside and relax on the oversized leather sofas in front of a wide flatscreen TV, or head into the separate games room where you’ll find a pool table, foosball table, dart board and a full bar with wine fridge.

Each of the four bedrooms are immaculately presented with colourful artwork, plush furnishings, built-in wardrobes, and hotel quality linen. The master bedroom has a sumptuous queen size bed complete with an ultra-modern ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also offer queen size beds while the fourth bedroom sleeps two in single beds.

Freshen up in the main bathroom fitted with a shower, luxe freestanding bathtub, toilet and spacious vanity. A hair dryer and complimentary Sukin toiletries have been provided for your stay in addition to a separate internal laundry room with a front-loading washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

You’ll also find national parks, heritage villages and artists’ towns in these hills; take the Lawson Park Sculpture Walk for a unique art-centred garden walk or take a day trip to The Drip Gorge especially after a few days of rain, when you’ll see the sandstone walls dripping clear spring water. Dive deeper into the region’s natural beauty with a kayak on Cudgegong River or with a hot air balloon ride with Balloon Aloft Mudgee.

For the more adventurous bunch, take a splash at Mudgee Pool and Water Park– spray cannons, jets and streams and caters to all ages.
