Our spacious one-bedroom beach apartment features side ocean views from the balcony and bedroom, AC, internet, and parking. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, workspace, 2 TV units, and clothes washer, and a dryer.

Located on Isla Verde Beach Avenue, it is within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, pharmacies, and just minutes away from Old San Juan. Other attractions such as El Yunque, the ferry to Vieques and Culebra, the Camuy Caves, and many more are just a drive away.

Location, location, location: The condo is centrally located in the Isla Verde Beachfront next to the Sonesta and Fairmont Hotels. If you are looking to stay on the beach, bingo! It's just 5 minutes from the airport, on the beach, safe, walking-friendly to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, casinos, CVS, 10 minutes from Old San Juan and La Placita, 30 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and the Bio Bay, and a 5-minute walk to the most popular nightlife. You can grab a taxi, Uber, or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore. Beach chair rentals and water sports are just a few steps from the complex lobby on the beach in front. Car rentals are open and also available on the main street by the condo.

This 1 bedroom unit features an amazing side ocean view from the 17th floor. An A/C unit cools the entire place. Free high-speed internet WiFi, free parking gated on the premises, 1 comfy queen-size bed in the master bedroom, direct beach access, fully equipped kitchen, iron, beach towels, all check-in essentials in bathroom, 24hr check-in, 24hr friendly security staff in the premises and 5 elevators. Its 700+ square feet of living space comfortably accommodates couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed, side ocean views, fresh white linens, closet space, and a TV. A separate work desk area is next to the windows.


The bathroom is private and includes all needed essentials for your first night's stay - fresh bath towels for up to 2 people, soap, iron, soap, shampoo & conditioner. There is privacy on the shower/toilet from the room.


The balcony faces the north where the ocean view and breeze will relax you while you lounge, watch tv, or nap. In front of the sofa is a TV equipped to enjoy movies and tv shows free with Netflix TV full access included. We don't offer Cable TV at the moment. For those that enjoy the fresh air, you may open the balcony door to let the ocean breeze cool you.


The clean functional kitchen is fully equipped with a clothes washer/dryer machine, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, pots and pans, glasses, plates, and dining utensils. The kitchen counter has 4 leather stools and an additional table for 2 is available on the balcony. As you enter the kitchen, you will find 1 electronic building key FOB to access the lobby and beach area. There is also a coin laundry in the lobby and a beauty salon on the premises. Many food delivery options are available in the area.
