We had a great stay at this place! It was very clean and well-maintained on a very quiet street. The location was ideal, with everything we needed just a short drive away—restaurants & shops. Property was very clean-better than most hotels. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. Owner was quick to answer any questions. House is closest to the Ocean Crest Pier and about 15 minutes from the Oak Island Pier. Would stay here again. Enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay!

We were in Oak Island for 3 days and this house was perfect for us (2 couples). The house was very clean, linens were provided, and had many nice touches: laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, k-cups, creamers, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and very clean. Probably the most comfortable beds I have ever had at a rental. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. My son really enjoyed the basketball goal outside. We will definitely be back!!

Just a short stay but great!

We only stayed two days to explore the area on our way back to NY from Florida. Would love to make it a longer trip next time. House was beautifully decorated and very clean and neat. Master bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

This home is beautiful and comfortable. All the amenities you need from a vacation home. Master bedroom mattress was the most comfortable we ever slept on! The home was very clean. Perfect Weekend Get Away

Just a truly amazing experience for a couple of days. Everything was exactly as detailed in the Property description. Even provided everything one would need at the beach. Fishing gear, Beach toys, Bikes board games for the rainy day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone for future visits. Staying her made our vacation a very relaxing time. A very nice pleasant experience. Few times do you actually find everything as exactly described. The place was perfect. Me and my wife plan on coming back and staying again August as well.Great Job.

Leah, while Evolve is happy to answer any questions that they can, property-specific questions are always directed to the local contact, who is the on-the-ground resource and knows the most about the home. We verified the Owners and Evolve were in constant communication via phone, email & text; we encourage guests to check their spam folders. While the check-in time for this vacation home follows the hospitality industry standard, the local property manager is always happy to accommodate an early check-in if possible. In this case, the previous guests were checking out the morning of your arrival, and the cleaning crew needed the time to prepare the home for your stay and we weren’t able to provide the resolution you were hoping for. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

A few days away

The property is as pictured. Its in a nice neighborhood, very quiet and can walk for exercise or just be outside and feel safe. Its great as a home base if you’re doing beach and day trips! There are a few things that I think could be improved to make the experience even better. While there is a grill and picnic table…a nicer dedicated outdoor seating area would be great! Say fire pit and chairs around! Inside-queen mattress is very soft in guest bedroom, so keep that in mind if you prefer a firmer mattress. Mattress in master comfortable. We also felt both bedrooms could use some nice, new pillows…existing ones a little flat. And finally, just as an FYI- some woodwork still needs to be painted…reno not complete. We enjoyed our stay, great for price point! I wanted to give honest review, as I look to them in making my choices.
