Get ready for a tropical escape at our pet-friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home!

Located perfectly between the famous national parks and waterfalls, and the vibrant Darwin CBD, this property offers a central hub for your adventures. Enjoy leafy walking tracks, serene lakes, and even a golf course just steps away.

Convenience is key with a bus stop 2-minutes walk away, while Palmerston CBD is just a 5 minute drive and Darwin CBD a mere 20 minutes.

Unwind after a day of sun in our AC-cooled, open plan living spaces.
Guests have access to the whole house which includes 3 bedrooms (depending on guests booked), ensuite, main bathroom, living area, kitchen and outdoor area.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a snug single bed.

A lovely safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. A great place to walk through the golf course and lakes

There are 2 carparks as well as side street parking available. Located just minutes drive to the main Palmerston shopping centre and Gateway shopping centre with a Woolworths, restaurants and a cinema. Make your way into the city which is just 15 minutes via car. Otherwise just a short walk from home and you will find a bus stop to take you there!

The house is very clean and got pretty much everything. They even included batteries in case the remote ran out of battery. Nice and spacious and the wifi speed was incredible. The area is very nice and have some pretty lakes near by.

Great spot

Lovely, clean, quiet, open plan house, perfect for our family (2adults, 2 young kids and a small dog). Super comfy beds, powerful hot shower, great equipped kitchen. Felt like home away from home. 2 min walk to various ponds/lakes, golf course is accross the road. Only a few mins drive to Gateway and Palmerston shops. Would stay again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Great 3 bed, 2 bath unit. Plenty of space for everyone. Heaps of cutlery, crockery, & cookware. As well as a lot of basic pantry items. Super close to shops, Woolies, Big W, petrol station. Lovely outdoor patio, with washer & dryer. The host, Rachel, was lovely & easy to deal with. Responded to my messages really quickly. Only criticism is that the front bedroom (bed 3) needs block out curtains. The blinds let in the sun as soon as it rises. No one's sleeping past dawn in that room!!! Awesome stay, would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

Darwin holiday

TV and air conditioning were good. It was nice to have a Christmas tree in the lounge room. The dishwasher was not working and no assistance from host despite request early in our stay. Door handle to main bedroom broken meaning we could not close door as it would have been very dangerous if there was a fire. Host advised but no reply. General maintenance is poor. Issues with door and window blinds, tap in the shower needs to be looked at. Substantial smoke in kitchen/living area caused by burnt toast - smoke alarms did not activate.

Hi Jacqueline, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am glad your family enjoyed the Christmas tree! :) I apologise for the dishwasher and the inconvenience. It’s unfortunate it happened over Christmas as it was impossible to get someone in to fix it during your stay. I can reassure future guests this is now fixed. All other minor maintenance issues have been resolved and smoke alarm has been tested and is working. Thanks again Jacquelin for bringing these issues to my attention :)

Everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Darwin. Your home away from home its also close to shops and conveniences. We used it as a base for touring around Darwin.

just about worth the cost

Very pleasant stay. We wouldn't normally pay this much but the property, amenities, surroundings and space made it well worth it. Would certainly come again. The house had absolutely EVERYTHING we would need. Found the key box tricky.
