We understand parking can be a challenge for some guests, but the driveway fits two large vans, and in front next to the tree, another vehicle can be parked. While large trailers won’t fit on the property, we try to provide options like nearby marina parking, as mentioned in the listing. We’re happy you had another solution for your trailers and hope it didn’t impact your stay, appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again!

When you contacted us at midnight, we offered to resolve them in the morning and tried to reach you multiple times but didn’t hear back before you left. We would have resolved the issues if given the chance. We have monthly pest control service and ask guests to keep doors closed to prevent bugs. We aim to make guests stay enjoyable.

While we always strive to resolve concerns as quickly as possible, please note that our HVAC partners are unavailable for non-emergency maintenance calls during overnight hours. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, we would like to clarify the following:- We apologize for the confusion regarding the door code due to the property management change. Evolve is supposed to send an updated email to all future guests with the correct contact number. We have reached out to Evolve on this and it is now rectified.- We contacted the cleaning team to investigate the dish cleanliness issue, as this is not typical of the home’s cleaning standards.- The BBQ grill is inspected, it is functioning well but due to the hot weather and being outside all the time - the knobs deteriorated a bit and which might have caused you the inconvenience, and these are being replaced now.- Regarding the leak under the sink, we’ve scheduled a repair to address the issue so that future guests won’t experience any maintenance problems.We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.
