** Der Pool ist jedes Jahr ab dem zweiten Montag im September für eine Woche geschlossen.

Wenn Sie dieses Gerät im Erdgeschoss am Meer verlassen, sind Sie nur wenige Schritte vom Sand entfernt. Keine Treppen oder Aufzüge sind zwischen Ihnen und dem Strand. Condo ist ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das neu renovierte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues Queensize-Bett mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche und einen neuen Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player. Die umgebaute Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und einem großen Reiskocher. Der neue Esstisch und die Stühle sind bequem und entspannend, während Sie Ihr Essen genießen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit neuen Möbeln eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen CD-Player und einen Fernseher mit DVD- und VHS-Playern sowie eine Bibliothek mit Filmen. Kostenloses WLAN ist verfügbar. Als Alternative zum Schlafsofa für Kleinkinder wurden zwei ausklappbare Futons bereitgestellt. Der Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer sorgt f��r eine leichte Brise, wenn die Fenster zum Meer geöffnet werden.
Das Lanai bietet neue Möbel, darunter einen Loungesessel und Mahlzeiten im Freien für 4 Personen mit freiem Blick auf das Meer, die Ausleger und die Sonnenuntergänge auf Maui. Eine große Waschmaschine / Trockner ist in dieser Wohnung enthalten, um alle Ihre Wäsche Bedürfnisse zu behandeln. TAT # 036-079-4112-01

Lovely place in Maui

We absolutely loved the condo. It was central to so many of our activities in Maui. The proximity to the beach was great. We really loved the little sandwich shop/bar on property. The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were lucky to stay in unit 132! It was clean comfortable and a great location. We felt right at home. The unit was well equipped with anything we needed. The ground floor was awesome. The lanai seemed much larger as it was open to the grass. It also gave us more of a social experience with other guests. We have stayed at Sugar Beach for 7 other times in different suites. So most were great but we really enjoyed unit 132. A hop step to the beach, the BBq and the pool. Perfect. We were able to watch the whales right off the lanai! Bring your binocs for a great view. The location of Sugar beach gives you easy access to highways that take you all over the island. We enjoy the board walk at the Kaealia Ponds minutes away. Great birding. So many wonderful memories. Thanks The condo association was also a great help to us with friendly and fast service.

I was originally attracted to this location due to the ocean front and central Maui location. The beach was within 50 feet of our Lanai. The waves sounded great. No complaints about the room or parking. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning soon.

Reviewer Comments: We were a bit disappointed with the unit as it did not have a safe or ceiling fan in the bedroom as did other units we have rented, Oceanfront, before. Also the queen size bed was a downgrade form kings in the past. When we arrived there was no power in the unit so it took awhile for me to find the circuit breaker in the dark to switch it back on. I couldn`t ubderstand why the person who caused it to break didn`t do that when it happened - cleaners perhaps.

Minor hassles - need to get your own coffee, coffee filter for the coffeemaker, dish detergent (very little provided), laundry detergent, sugar, and various other condiments. Kitchen wasn’t stocked even with basics. Pretty much need to make a shopping trip as soon as you arrive while you are on a vacation. Not sure why these basic things are not provided like any other condo rentals. View of the ocean from the living room is a great plus.

I love Kehei! Love the beach but, our condo was not worth the price we paid there are a lot of nicer condos! Our condo # 132 was old and the shower had mold! The carpet was all stained! There was dust all over the fans! The dryer vent would blow into the shower and put lint all over the soap and floor. The listing said it was newly remodeled.But, the only thing new was the microwave! When we contacted the rental agents they sent someone over to clean the fan but, they forgot to do the fan in the bedroom. They were not very helpful. She suggested we could move to another condo but, we had already rewashed all the sheets and towels! Plus, I wanted a lower level walk out. We have stayed here before and had a much better condo so make sure to search the listings! This was like a 2 star hotel.

April 2019 Vacation

We have been coming to Maui for years now, this was our first time at Sugar beach resort. We had a ground floor unit #132 it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The unit needs some updates, the only chair in living room looks old and warned not very comfortable, carpet looks old and stained. We very much liked being on the ground floor. The resort is well maintained,staff was very friendly. We will consider staying here again.
