The Whale Bay Surf House (upper level) is situated right on surf point with its own gated private access to the boardwalk and has recently undergone extensive renovations. The house is in an excellent modern condition with underfloor tiled heating, infrared heating on the deck along with everything you need throughout including all high end linen which is supplied. New couches and a spa pool were installed May 2022.

This is the upper level to the Whale Bay Surf Bach (seperate listing). If you have 6+ guests - book them both and enjoy the entire property to yourselves (can sleep 10)

Bedrooms: 3 x Bedrooms consisting of 1 x King, 1 x Queen, 1 x King Single all with wardrobes - all linen supplied.

Kitchen: All cooking utensils and crockery are supplied, kitchen has dishwasher, large oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, coffee machine with raglan roast coffee as well as instant coffee, selection of teas, milk in fridge, herbs & spices, cooking oil, sugar, salt & pepper the list goes on!

Lounge, TV & Internet: Free Wifi available. 2 modern Smart Tv’s being a, 32inch in the main bedroom and a 50inch in the living room that includes a premium Sonos sound system. Both TV’s have smart tv capability, including apps like; Freeview TV, Tv OnDemand, Netflix (subscription included), Spotify, Neon, internet browsing capability and more. So whether you’re watching the surfing through the windows or on the big screen you can enjoy both in crystal clear HD.

Bathroom & Laundry: Newly tiled bathroom, shower and laundry with washing machine available for use. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash supplied.

Deck, BBQ: The deck provides a large covered area perfect for BBQ's and entertaining along with infrared heating so that in winter months you can still enjoy a sunset meal outside! BBQ utensils and gas is provided.

Exterior Yard, Surf Access & Shower: The house is nestled within a sub tropical garden with pathways leading you down to your private gate to the surf. A outdoor shower is provided perfect for a wash off after the surf. The entire property is fully fenced making it the perfect place for kids. A trampoline is also onsite.

Carparking: 1 carpark provided with plenty of street parking also.

Whale Bay Surf House is the upper floor which sleeps up to 5 guests. Whale Bay Surf Bach is the ground floor which also can sleep up to 5 guests (seperate airbnb listing). There is no internal access between the floors. As the two floors are both airbnbs there will be a strict no noise policy after 10pm. Although the two levels are very private, we thank you in advance for your understanding of, and respect for the guests on the lower level as well (should it be occupied)
