The host was a great communicator. The property is in a convenient location with plenty of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. We shared our stay with another family. We appreciated that there is plenty of parking space so we don’t have to worry about being blocked in. Also, plenty of room to sit indoors and outside. The downstairs bed was squeaky and the open space makes noises echo, especially noises in the main bathroom (haha). We were pleased that there was body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. We would stay here again.

Very unique and great idea for a place. South Knox is really growing and there are a lot of things to do on that side of the river. Overall the house is good but sleeping is hard. Outside noise is very loud all night long and lighting from outside light posts are bright! They have added a lot of things to aid in buffering that but it’s not enough. Some of the furniture outdoor and indoor was falling apart or missing and they could use a few more kitchen items. For our two night stay, family of 5, it was fine but would have been harder for longer. Lots of bugs and spiders inside and flooring was not clean.

A Memorable Stay

Such a unique space. We rented this place for my daughter's graduation weekend for family and friends coming to town. Convenient location, spacious, clean, and easy to get in touch with the host. No issues whatsoever!. I will be staying here again!

Great location for a trip to UTK!

Unique house, just as pictured. Plenty of space, tastefully decorated, very responsive owners. Only reason I gave a 4 for location is because it is tough to get out of the driveway, kind of a blind spot.

Really really nice property. Only issue we had was the next guest renting the property showed up around 9:30 while we were cleaning up and our check out time was 10. It was a bit weird and inconvenient but apparently they booked the unit to set up for an event from 10-11. I think that’s a bit close with our time being 10 to check out. Otherwise, the property was beautiful! No issues at all.
