Situated in a stunning position above Onetangi Bay, The Point is a beautifully presented, light filled holiday home with outstanding northern sea views. This private and peaceful property is perfect year round and a great choice for a holiday with extended family or a big chill with good friends.
The Space:
The main living area is open plan and features a chef's kitchen, large dining table with seating for 8, a gas fire, and comfortable lounge with SKY sports/movies and Netflix on the TV.
Large glass doors open the house to spacious decks/entertaining areas a flat lawn and private 6 seater spa pool... did we mention the views?
Three bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry are on the main level with the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and private deck overlooking the beach on the upper level.
The Point is a five minute walk down a track to Onetangi beach with 2.5 kilometres of white sand and three seaside restaurants.
Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - superking bed (can be split to singles on request), Bedroom 2 -superking bed (can be split to singles on request), Bedroom 3 - king bed, Bedroom 4 - queen bed.
Please note: A compulsory exit clean of $350 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, per stay including beach towels. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

The Neighborhood:
The home is a few minutes drive to award winning vineyards and restaurants including Tantalus, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Obsidian and Miro/Casita Miro. The supermarket, iconic Saturday farmers market, ferries, local cafes and shopping are all within a 10 minute drive.
Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
