Volleyball Vacay

In town for AAU nationals and this was a perfect option for lodging. Comfy accommodations, great vicinity to food and venue, quiet neighborhood. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The home was clean, with an accurate description from the site, I highly recommend this location. Note: Only parking space for two cars, so be mindful.

Great Location but Needs Some Maintenance

When we booked the property, our priorities were size of unit, closeness to Disney Parks, and a gym on site. The listing fit the bill, however, the property did not have a gym as stated and currently stated in their listing. When we asked about it, the response was that a gym was no longer available. We did not receive any other response or credit for this false advertising.The property was not clean -- the floors were filthy. The dishwasher did not work well, so the dishes and utensils had to be washed by hand. The dryer, when used, ran continuously which was very dangerous. The smoke detector beeped continually until removed. The internet was spotty. We contacted the hosts about this and received no response.On the plus side, the community pool was very pleasant and well maintained. The size of the unit was as described and adequate for four adults and two kids. The distance to the parks was great -- about ten minutes to all Disney parks.

Nossa estadia foi Ăłtima. Camas super confortĂĄveis. Chuveiro esquenta e sai ĂĄgua suficiente para lavar o cabelo. A cozinha Ă© equipada com tudo o que precisamos. Recebemos as informaçÔes de checkin conforme o prometido. Nos arredores vocĂȘ encontra muita conveniĂȘncia: walmart, lojas de departamento, posto de combustĂ­vel com loja de conveniĂȘncia, farmĂĄcias, inĂșmeros restaurantes e os parques Disney. Nos hospedarĂ­amos novamente na casa.

Not bad

This unit was as described. It does need updating. The carpet desperately needs replacing, or a very deep cleaning, and the area rug in the living area definitely just needs replacing. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were as described, and it was very convenient to have the washer/dryer. There was a very large black patch on the ceiling which needs to be addressed by the owner. What really made a difference was the customer service we recieved via text. They were quick to respond to any text, and addressed any issues promptly. The location is also great. The unit is near publix, restaurants, and the Disney parks.

Needs painting and the carpet needs help. The neighbors were noisy after 10pm. We enjoyed the house and the location. We would come back, it just needs some TLC.

Need some TLC

The carpet needs to be removed and replaced as it is very dirty. It had a smell too. The curtains need to be removed and replaced. The kitchen is not stocked very well at all compared to other rental properties we visited. It could use a bit of touch up paint on some of the walls. The dryer ran for hours which is very dangerous. We did not know until we went back up stairs later that night. Overall it has good potential but needs a bit of TLC.

Our stay at this VRBO

We were overall pleased with our stay at this property. I was nervous after seeing there was only 1 review on VRBO and the google reviews were pretty bad. The room wasn’t perfect- there were stains in carpets and parts of the carpet were missing, but we overlooked that. Overall, the areas that really mattered- counters, beds, couches, bathrooms- were clean. We would stay here again. We had 9 people and everyone fit comfortably. All bedrooms and full baths are upstairs. Laundry was upstairs. There’s a half bath downstairs with the living room and kitchen. There was a garage, but we didn’t use it. Two SUVs fit in the driveway- one behind the other.

Located on a strategic place, its near disneys location and vineland premium outlet! It has target, ross, marshals and walmart extreamly near. 15 to 40 min to Universal, International, Florida and Millenia. Extraclose and easy to get to MCO.
