SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Find a plush queen primary suite up the stairs equipped with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination with a private balcony surrounded by vibrant vegetation. The 3rd floor comes with a 2nd queen guest room with a TV and en suite bathroom with a shower. A sofa sleeper resides in the living room with convenience to a powder room off the kitchen.

Best Location On Island & Very Very Nice

The property was excellent. Super-clean. Well supplied. The only difficult part is that it's 3 levels. Bottom floor is main with kitchen, living, bathroom. 2nd & 3rd floors are the two bedrooms bathrooms. All very nice but a bit of a challenge to carry luggage up, etc... Not a showstopper though. The place is so nice and location is perfect and only 1 block from the pool. Will definitely be back!

Great stay

The property was clean, welcoming and convenient to all of the activities Key West has to offer. The development the home was located in is gorgeous. The only complaint that I would have is the listing stated there was an office which there wasn’t and the washer and dryer that were provided smelled like mold.

Beautiful place! Bright and airy with white and wicker furniture. A beach resort. Nice quiet lane in Truman Annex. Enough room for all of us to be together but have a lot of space.

Lovely property in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property met our expectations with a few minor exceptions. The one big issue is lack of dining table space. We knew this when we rented the property but found it to be a bigger issue than we had anticipated. The seating at the island (with three barstools) was not a good arrangement particularly for a property that is advertised for 6 guests.The bedding/mattresses were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very good and up to date. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, cooking pots and newer appliances. One addition I would suggest is a hot pot or tea kettle.The property management company was extremely responsive when we contacted them. They deserve 5 stars for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures don't do it justice!! It's just beautiful! The bedrooms are very roomy and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our daughter & son in law slept on the pull out couch and they said it was the best sofa sleeper they've ever slept on. We also loved the location of the condo, never needed a car as you can walk everywhere. When we first arrived we had a couple of questions - they answered right away and were extremely helpful!! I HIGHLY recommend this property! IT REALLY IS TOP NOTCH!!!

Ideal location and amenities.

While furniture and bathrooms could use a major upgrade, the majority of our time was spent out around town. The pool was close and we were able to walk to most anywhere (Mallory Square, Duval/Caroline restaurants and bars, sunset cruise, etc. ). While we were never nervous, the keyed gate access after 6pm added to our peace of mind. Our consensus was that next time in Key West, Truman Annex would be our top choice to stay.

Loved this brownstone!

We had a wonderful stay here. Luv the Annex & sitting on the porch. The lay out of the home worked well for our family & it was so very quiet. Our coffee maker did not work the 1st morning-a text was sent w/ immediate response & a replacement w minutes! So pleasantly surprised.! It could use a bit of updating, but would definitely stay there again! Nancy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 stayed at Tropical Front during the week between Christmas and New Years. We have stayed in Trumans's Annex before but this was our first time in these condos. Everything was wonderful! The condo has been recently remodeled and it was both beautiful and comfortable. We all had plenty of dresser space to unpack our suitcases and make ourselves at home. The provided linens were clean and plentiful. The location is perfect for walking - we used our car for one grocery trip and then never got back into it. We love the craziness of Duval but then enjoy coming back to the quiet and safety of Truman's. We will definitely return to Topical Front!

Nice location

The condo was nice, not really suitable for older people. There were no handrails on the steep stairs going to second floor. Stairs going to 3rd floor had handrails, but were very steep. Bathrooms were extremely small and outdated. There were no safety rails in either. Other than those safety features, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. There is only one parking place,though, and trying to find parking for the golf cart we rented was challenging.

Ideal Key West Location

We were very pleased with this townhouse rental. It was in an ideal location within the Truman Annex - really close to everything, but also very quiet...the perfect balance. The unit was great for 2 couples traveling together - we each had a our own floor with a bedroom/bathroom, plus more than enough common space on the main level, and a nice outside courtyard & patio where we spent lots of time just relaxing. There was also a full size washer/dryer which came in handy to wash our salty stuff after a day on the water. The unit is a little dated but it really didn't matter as it was well equipped & very clean. I want to give a special shout-out to Brian, the super-responsive property manager: on our 2nd morning, security knocked on our door to inform us that due to HOA rules we could not leave our kayaks on the roof of our car, and they were WAY too big to put in our units courtyard. I contacted Brian & in under 10 minutes he had a perfect solution for us. All in all a wonderful stay in Key West!
