We had mixed feelings about our stay and unfortunately can only give it 3/5 stars.Before arrival, we received numerous emails with detailed rules and instructions, so we were surprised by the apartment’s condition. We found hair balls on the floor, large visible dead bugs, and floors that did not appear properly cleaned. Bathroom faucets still had toothpaste and soap splashes, the tub had visible dirty feet prints that we were able to clean off, and the garbage disposal was not working properly.We contacted customer service and were offered a cleaning crew the next day. However, with four children already settled in, we had cleaned ourselves. We asked if some compensation for the cleaning fee could be considered and were told management would address it. We followed up again before departure, but six days after returning home, no one has contacted us.While cleaning, we also found on the floor bracelets and an envelope with information from a guest who had stayed about a month earlier, which raised further concerns about cleaning between stays.On the positive side, the location and view were great, and the company responded quickly when the AC broke our first night.The apartment was recently updated and has a potential, but cleanliness, upkeep, and management follow-through need improvement-especially given the cleaning fee and extensive checkout expectations.

We’re sincerely sorry the apartment was not properly cleaned before your arrival. Hair, bugs, bathroom residue, and belongings left behind from a previous stay are not acceptable, and we understand why having to clean with four children already settled in was frustrating. We also apologize that you did not receive the follow-up promised regarding your request about the cleaning fee. We’ll share your comments with our housekeeping and management teams so they can review both the cleaning concerns and the lack of follow-through. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and recognize that the condition of the apartment fell short of the expectations set by our instructions and fees.

Excellent Accommodations This was our second year renting this unit. The unit is so cozy, condo quiet and the location fabulous. We loved the fact that we are close to everything to include our favorite place to shop IGA Cherry Grove, and the best seafood market ever. Additionally, the unit is clean and basically has all that you need for the week. We are a family of Chefs and the unit had all of the equipment that we needed. The dryer would not heat however Elliott sent someone out within hours to address that and the garbage disposal.
