This comfortable family beach house offers unbeatable value for large groups, just steps away from two of Phillip Island's most popular beaches (Smiths Beach and YCW Beach) and the local surf and coffee shops.

If you want a spacious, comfortable holiday home in a fantastic location without the price tag of more fancy accommodation, this house is the perfect fit. BYO linen to save, or book linen for a fee.

BEDROOMS

There are six bedrooms with a total of 10 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests.

Please note that we offer BYO sheets and towels as standard, allowing families to save on their holiday. Please read the full listing to learn about our optional linen hire packages.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 x King bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed

Downstairs:
- Bedroom 4: 1 x tri-bunk (double bottom and single top) and 1 x bunk beds (single bottom and single top)
- Bedroom 5: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 6: 1 x Bunk beds (single bottom and single top)
Downstairs living area: double futon

BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY

A family bathroom upstairs has a shower over the bath and a separate toilet. Downstairs, there is another shower and a separate toilet in the laundry room with a huge 10kg washing machine.

LIVING AREAS

The two separate living rooms are equipped with comfy couches and TVs so the kids and adults can relax and unwind in their own spaces. The house has a homely, lived-in feel, so you can enjoy your time away without stressing about leaving marks on fancy new furniture.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen makes catering for big groups easy. It features modern appliances, plenty of crockery and cookware, a dishwasher, and an ALDI coffee machine for morning brews.

HEATING AND COOLING

We have efficient split systems for heating and cooling upstairs and downstairs. Ceiling fans keep the upstairs bedrooms cool on summer nights, and large windows take advantage of sea breezes.

OUTDOOR AREA

The two north-facing decks are perfect for BBQs and soaking up the sun, while the south-facing deck offers a cooler space to relax. There’s a huge backyard for the kids and pets, complete with a big trampoline, space for backyard cricket, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

PARKING

There is room in the carport for one car, but it only suits small cars. The driveway fits another two cars, and there is room on the grass for another two or three cars, depending on their size. It's free to park on the street with no time limits.

BABIES

There is a portacot, high chair, pram and bath available at the home.

PETS

Pets are welcome, and the backyard is fully fenced. Please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them in the yard.

LINEN

For flexibility and value, we offer a couple of linen options:

1. BYO LINEN - All beds (apart from the sofa bed) have pillows and doonas with doona covers. You need to bring fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases. Also, don’t forget your beach towels, bathroom towels, and tea towels.

2. HIRE LINEN - We can arrange linen hire. As a guide, linen and towels for all the beds costs about $350. Get in touch for a quote at least a week before your stay.

PARTIES AND NOISE

Set in a quiet residential street, our beach house is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. We only rent to mature guests looking for a rest and relaxation-style holiday.

This house is perfect for groups with kids/teenagers. There was 12 of us over 2 living areas upstairs for adults and downstairs for kids! It’s so well equipped for cooking and the closeness to the beaches is just perfect! Loved it!
