Immaculate house and beautiful landscaping. Pool was awesome, as was hot tub, but pool was as not chlorinated initially, and the hot tub was cold (no instructions were initially provided on how to do this). Eventually, someone was sent to assist us. Located in a private and quiet area. Overall, great stay.

The home was beautiful. It was clean. We paid the extra money to have the hot tub and pool heated. We didn’t realize until contacting management that you can only heat one at a time. So, when we wanted to use the hot tub it wasn’t always hot. Then, then pool got too hot towards the end of the stay. Other than that, it was a great vacation spot. Perfect for a large group.

This property is incredible. While it’s located fairly close to a busy road, you don’t notice the road noise when outside enjoying the pool, hot tub, basketball and pickleball court. Our two kids, 4 and 7, played so much outside, as we, and the other family, did as well. It was also nice to use the grocery service to have the house stocked upon arrival. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Thank you so much for your fantastic review, Krystal! We’re thrilled that both the kids and adults had so much fun enjoying the pool, hot tub, and courts. We’re glad the grocery service made your arrival easier and that the outdoor space helped you relax despite the nearby road. We’d love to welcome you back anytime! - GoodNight Stay

Gut: Lage
I would recommend avoiding this property. We had a very frustrating stay with 6 adults and 7 children. Check in info was prompt and on time. Property appears beautiful, but many of the features were met with frustration. 1. One dead cockroach, Beeping smoke detector, beeping garage low battery upon entry. Hot tub was not heated upon arrival despite paying for this addition and pool feature box was locked without ability to open. Unlikely had recent final inspection/walk through as host claimed when we asked for early check in. These items were reported and managed relatively promptly. Shouldn’t have had these issues on arrival for premiere property. 2. Water heater pilot light was out, so no heated water in home for 13 guests. Took over 1 day to get a tech to fix. 3. Outside tree lights and pathway lights and pool lights were not functional. Pool light was working /fixed on 2nd to last day. 4. The primary bathroom is BEAUTIFUL, but very little water pressure out of the main shower heads. 5. Pool maintenance including chemicals placed in the pool was completed during stay without ANY notice and required our 7 children to leave the pool and hot tub for 4 hrs!!! Would have been much preferred to have proper notice, especially as this happened after so many other disappointments.6. The sport court was a highlight, however basketballs were flat. We had to purchase our own. Goodnight Stay did reimburse us 1/2 day for our trouble, but I feel our whole stay was affected.

Thanksgiving Getaway

My family rented this property with my brothers family to visit our parents in Scottsdale. Was exactly what we were looking for. The indoor outdoor space was perfect. Very clean, modern property with an amazing pool/backyard area. We may make this our Thanksgiving tradition and rent it again next year.

We paid to heat the pool/ hot tub , but on arrival it was not heated at 4 pm. After our son worked for about an hour, it started heating and was great for the remaining 3 days. The coffee pot only brewed with grounds, so we bought a coffee pot to use. We did not have sheets for the pull out, so we went and bought sheets. Towels needed to be washed and dried a lot because 15 people go through many with pool and showers. Otherwise the house and pool were beautiful and it was a wonderful vacation location!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad the house, pool, and location helped make it a wonderful vacation. We apologize the pool and hot tub weren’t up to temperature on arrival and appreciate your patience while it warmed up — we refunded the pool heating charge for the inconvenience. I’m sorry the coffee maker only brewed with grounds and that there weren’t sheets for the pull-out; we’ll add a compatible single-serve option and ensure sofa-bed linens are stocked. We also understand that 15 guests use many towels, so we’ll increase the towel supply and review our turnover inventory for large groups. Thanks again for the helpful notes — we appreciate it and hope to host you in the future. - GoodNight Stay

As we enjoyed this amazing property, we did have our concerns… Online, there shows the property providing numerous amenities for the residents to enjoy. Unfortunately, a lot of these amenities were broken or not in use. For example, the shower in the master bedroom was not working… We were now told this in advance to our stay.. We also had trouble using the fire pit and grill outback. Even though we had our concerns, overall this house was beautiful home but could use work.

House was very nice, pool was misleading

After we booked the house we were informed that the heat for the pool would be an exorbenant amount I booked the house for the pool. We negotiated the price down a little since the reason I booked the house was for the pool. The heat did not work and we did not get to utiize the pool once. Owner did not honor any discount for the pool not working. I would not rent again due to not being able ti use the pool.

Nice, but could be better

When we arrived it appears the cleaning crew did not finish. There where dirty dishes in the dishwasher, laundry in the dryer and no clean towels, hand towels or washcloths. We had also paid to have the pool and hot tub heated and neither where warm. Also, the master shower drain was backed up and there was hardly any toilet paper in the house. We notified the management company and they addressed most of the issues within 24 hours. Overall the house is very nice, but the rental experience could be much better with some attention to details.
