Nice, clean apartment

I stayed here with 2 kids for a week. The apartment is clean and well equipped. There was a small issue with the WiFi, but I was communicating with the owner and he was on top of it and resolved it fast. I would recommend this to others.

Great location in quiet and upscale area

Had a great week with my wife and 2 kids located less than a 5 minute walk to the Shops at Bal Harbour and 10 minutes to the beach. The condo itself is quite comfortable, with only the kitchen being small for my liking but very usable. The deck is definitely a big plus of the penthouse for relaxing, sunbathing and outdoor dining! Communication with host was amazingly fluid and friendly.

Great place

The place was roomy, comfortable, beautifully decorated and tidy. Smaller kitchen, but that wasn’t where I wanted to spend my vacation. My energetic 9 year old didn’t understand that the entire patio wasn’t ours to be on. Edward was kind enough to give us a reminder to do our best to keep his feet quiet. Thank you!

Perfect location for Miami Beach

This was the first time we tested the Bal Harbour area when traveling to Miami Beach : it has proven a total success. The property is as advertised (yes, as good as on the pictures!). On Collins, 3 blocks from the beach. 6 from Haulover inlet and park. We usually use a car and travel, so parking on the premises is a necessity, satisfied in this case. Location, in this regard, is also a plus, as reaching the continent is easy both through the bay as from Hollywood/aventura minutes up North. Both FLL and MIA airports are within 35 minutes. The terrace is wonderful : we cooked every night in the apartment. We were traveling with my wife, just the 2 of us, and equipment was plentiful. I would recommend the apartment without a doubt for a party of 4 (each using one of the main rooms and separate bathrooms) - more guests would be too much in my appreciation but it is a totally subjective comment... Communication with the owner and access procedure were responsive, fluid, hassle free. We would come back as soon as possible. PD: part of our stay was during Memorial day week end, and Miami was hell... But the area remained totally quiet and tranquil.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Nice clean place and surf side area has lots of great restaurants. Beach is a small hike and we didn’t see anyone who would rent umbrellas and chairs. We brought the umbrella from the unit but it was not up to the wind we got. Minor stuff and relaxing overall short trip. Managers and Edward were great.

Excellent Location and Very Comfortable Property

The apartment has everything needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Best of all, it is a short walk from the beach, shopping, restaurants. Edward is an excellent host who provided us with clear instructions and answered all of our questions and texts promptly - often within minutes. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs before, and I believe this property is the best. We highly recommend it.

Loved, loved, loved our stay!

We spent 9 night at Edward's place. We are a family of 4 with 2 teneeger boys. We all really really loved it! The apartment is nice and quiet and everything is fully functional (all kitchen appliances, AC, TV with cable, WIFI, washer and dryer). We enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful beach (where showers are available). The neighborhood is quiet and restaurants are at a short distance. Communication with Edward was great. Overall, we would gladly go back to Edward's apartment for a second Miami Beach vacation.
