Great Stay!

This was a nice cozy place exactly as advertised. We had a great weekend and enjoyed being just steps away from the beach. We had a slight issue in that there were no large outdoor garbage bins, but the contact number provided great and immediate assistance.

amazing location, the cottage was quaint and the fully fenced backyard was nice for children or if you're bringing a pet. The backyard could use some upgrading/repairs though

This house was clean and the location would be hard to beat. It is a little shabby some aspects and could use some spucing up. But that had little or no effect on our stay. Great, quiet neighborhood.

Great Spot Near Beach and for Dogs

This cottage is beautifully laid out with two family areas and a great fenced-in yard for our dogs. I've never been so close to the beach! And the rental company is very responsive and friendly. The only two drawbacks are the small bathroom and shower, and the beds are a bit hard on the back, but overall, still a great place and a great neighborhood to walk your dogs and chat with neighbors.

Beach Getaway

The property is perfect for a family getaway to the beach. The beach is a very short walk from your front door as is many local restaurants and shops. We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs with us and would rent again. However, although the house is clean, some simple upgrades and kitchen items could be added given the price you pay. The outdoor shower also has a horrible odor.

Great location, friendly neighbors

This was a wonderful place to stay in Cape Cod. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, dunks, restaurants/bars and the beach! Very friendly, adorable neighborhood. Lovely patio/outdoor shower & comfortable inside as well. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future!
