Welcome to the beautiful 40 Warm Sands house on the North End of the island! When arriving, you will be greeted with a spacious patio area with seating to enjoy the warm weather and sunsets. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the house. When walking in, you will come into the kitchen/dining area on the left that accommodates 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances! The living room is located on the right side and has a spacious couch with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV to enjoy while relaxing. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a roll-a-way bed to allow for a total of 9 people! Off the kitchen will be the two guest bedrooms that share a jack-and-jill bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen mattress, closet space, and a flat-screen television. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a chest of drawers for storage, and a mounted flat screen as well! The shared bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and standard sink. Off the main living area is another common space with a smaller-scale couch, additional chairs, and a mounted flatscreen for a talking space or even another hangout area! On the far end of the house is where the Master is located. The master has a big dresser for storage, a queen mattress, a TV, and a walk-in closet! Right across the hall is the main bathroom with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and, a large vanity with plenty of storage and counter space. There is a washer and dryer in the unit located right outside the master bedroom. The views from the balcony are immaculate! Call us today to book before this property is full!

This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles.
Please note that even slight sounds between the 40 side's den and bathroom can be heard from the 30 side's master bathroom. For added privacy, we recommend that both units utilize noise machinesâone placed in the 40 side's den and another in the 30 side's master bathroom.
As a reminder, the two sides rent separately. The parking area and pool deck are shared spaces if both sides are occupied at the same time.
