We had a group in town for an NFL game. We loved the rooftop patio. We had a small hiccup with the code to get into the unit, but it was resolved immediately. The provided lots of towels and essentials, which was great. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was clean upon arrival. We would highly recommend staying here

Convenient to Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, The Gulch, Music Row and Midtown - all the great spots. Broadway’s a quick ride too. Cozy beds and a great rooftop for relaxing. The garage was a bonus.

Great space for 4 couples to get together and have a fun weekend in Nashville! Easy to get rides downtown, some places were easy to walk to in the Gulch area. The 2 space garage was nice for parking if anyone has a car, we did not need but a great option if you rent a car or drive to destination. Rooftop area is nice in the early morning or evening when temps are cooler. Back bedrooms could use some better shades, it feels light in them all night long with the parking lot lights shining in. Lots of stairs, so if you have a hard time with stairs, this place is not for you! But is prepares you for many of the bars on Broadway!! AC worked great. Communication and directions from host were good. Would choose this place again!

It works very well for our stay and what we needed. A little TLC in certain areas of house would have been nice, but overall it worked perfectly for us. Location was safe and easy 8 uber to Broadway, we walked 12 South, adult kids biked/scootered everywhere. Good stay and would recommend for a large group wanting to go downtown.

The house was very nice and big especially for our larger group. However, the AC on the 3rd floor broke on our 2nd day there, I reached out to the host asking for someone to come out and fix it but we were told their technicians are too busy on the weekends. We had to stay the last 2-3 days sleeping in 84. There was also a few spiders and cockroaches crawling throughout the house. The location is definitely not in the best neighborhood. Don’t get me wrong the house is very nice but we didn’t have the best stay that’s for sure.

Thank you for the feedback. We would like future guests to note that we do not have HVAC technicians on staff. Every attempt was made to resolve the issue, but like everyone, we are at the mercy of qualified repair specialists schedules when a mechanical failure occurs. The top floor unit is functioning properly now and there was plenty of sleeping space on the two floors where the AC never failed. Regarding the insects, this is the first we have ever heard of such an issue. We maintain a pest contract and have escalated the concern to that service provider.

Family trip to Nashville

It was a great stay and a very very nice place. We did have some issues with entering the property, but as soon as the property owner was contacted it was resolved
