is the perfect cozy spot for your Mammoth getaway! Located on the 1st level
with electric heating throughout and a private outdoor deck, ideal for dining
al fresco or simply enjoying a peaceful mountain setting with your favorite
drink. Located in the Mammoth Estates community, this unit is the perfect
year-round getaway. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one
of the best locations in town! You’ll be just one block from The Village and
the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining,
nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. After a day
exploring the mountain or hiking trails, unwind in the inviting living area by
the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie on the 60" flatscreen TV or
gather at the dining table with seating for four. The full kitchen is equipped
with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to
cook meals at home. The sleeping area features a Queen bed with partial
privacy thanks to a walled partition, while a pull-out sofa bed offers
additional sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a stand-up shower and
dual vanity areas for added comfort. Conveniently located across the street
from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to one
unassigned outdoor parking space. The amenities at this complex come with a
year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during
the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full
access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and
recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor
heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle
