A modern mountain Studio getaway in its natural setting of stately pine trees. Within 500 walking steps to the Village Gondola, shopping, restaurants and night life! Close to the Town bike path and just 2 miles down the road from Twin Lakes. Spacious upper level Studio unit with a bonus mudroom, oversized covered deck with a bistro table and a BBQ. Propane fireplace with slate hearth, vaulted ceilings, tile flooring throughout, granite counters, On Demand Tankless propane water heater, walk-in shower in the 1.25 bathroom. Sleeps 2-4 people comfortably. Enjoy the quiet location with a view of the gardens, pool and Gondola. A blending of warm, rustic and modern interior design offers mountain comfortable vacationing in a prime location! Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. Feel free to bring Fido along to enjoy the great outdoors as this townhome is also pet-friendly! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Fabulous Location
We had a great time in Mammoth, this studio apartment is great if you're looking for ideal location to the gondola and the village. The hot water on demand worked very well and the modern updates were great. The apartment itself smelled very musty, needs a thorough deep clean, we also could have used extra towels (no laundry in unit).

Pet Friendly Unit 108
Great - small unit is perfect for two people. Decently stocked with cookware/silver/knives, although we didn't do much cooking. Nice soap/shampoo amenities, especially with the new Mammoth Reservations branding. One suggestion is re: the coffee situation. One packet of coffee is good for a regular coffee maker, and there is one tucked away in the cabinet. The Keurig coffee maker is more visible right by the microwave, but no Keurig pods are provided. Maybe provide some pods for guests to use.

GREAT LOCATION!
This unit is in a great location. It took 2 mins to walk to the Mammoth shuttle stop that takes you to the slopes. You are walking distance to the village (less than 10 mins). This unit is clean, spacious, and as an added bonus has a mud room which is great for the winter. Please bring coffee for the drip coffee machine as they do not have a traditional Keurig machine that didn't fit our K-pods. The heater was one downfall. The unit had heat but it only comes out of the vent that is in the mud room, not in the living room or bedroom. We did use the electric fireplace however due to it already having programmed settings and temperatures it turned itself off frequently. Even with heating situation, we still very much enjoyed our stay there and 100% plan on staying there again. On a side note to the property management company, please change your policy and give the code for entrance of the unit directly to the renter and leave the parking pass in the unit. This seems like a really old school way of doing things and a waste of time to drive to the office that isn't on site to pick up a code and paper parking pass, then return it to the office instead of leaving it in the unit.

Nice Condo
This is a very nice unit. Feels big for a studio. Roomy enough for 2 adults 2 teens and 2 dogs. No drip coffee maker or dishwasher.

Pet-Friendly cute condo
It was good experience, the condo was clean. The check-in was on time at 1600. Short walk to the village. The amenities were good. Overall a very good stay.
