Close to the Town bike path and just 2 miles down the road from Twin Lakes. Spacious upper level Studio unit with a bonus mudroom, oversized covered deck with a bistro table and a BBQ. Propane fireplace with slate hearth, vaulted ceilings, tile flooring throughout, granite counters, On Demand Tankless propane water heater, walk-in shower in the 1.25 bathroom. Sleeps 2-4 people comfortably. Enjoy the quiet location with a view of the gardens, pool and Gondola. A blending of warm, rustic and modern interior design offers mountain comfortable vacationing in a prime location! Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. Feel free to bring Fido along to enjoy the great outdoors as this townhome is also pet-friendly! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Clean, cozy, comfortable!

A lovely little condo with cozy gas logs, comfy furniture (sofa, rocking chair, bed, all good!), a nice kitchen (not much counter space but perfectly adequate kitchenware), with the added bonus of being pet friendly. Good location, quiet while we were there. No complaints about the property at all! Going to the office for our check-in documents seemed a little old-school... The door code could have been digitally sent to us, and the parking pass could have been left inside (or sent via a PDF file). Kinda a waste of time to physically go to the office? Not a big deal though, office is close by and the documents were waiting for us, it was a very quick and easy stop. All in all: don't hesitate to book this place! ❤️

Pet Friendly Unit 108

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great - small unit is perfect for two people. Decently stocked with cookware/silver/knives, although we didn't do much cooking. Nice soap/shampoo amenities, especially with the new Mammoth Reservations branding. One suggestion is re: the coffee situation. One packet of coffee is good for a regular coffee maker, and there is one tucked away in the cabinet. The Keurig coffee maker is more visible right by the microwave, but no Keurig pods are provided. Maybe provide some pods for guests to use.

Love Mammoth

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy with the cleanliness of the condo...and it was comfortable for us. The only reason we wouldn’t rent it again would be the location near the pool. The noise factor was bad, especially when 15 or more teenage boys and girls were in the pool yelling and using inappropriate language and appeared to be unsupervised. Not too relaxing. Also when we took our dog out in evenings for walks the loud parties going on in other units was a bummer for other nearby families in the units next to them.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked the place for 6 days. Unfortunately I could only stay for 1 PM per rain and then a Family emergency, concerning an elderly father who got sick and needed urgent medical care. So we only stayed 1 PM. I requested some credit for a future stay but management was not interested in any reason for the credit. Quite disappointing
