Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
The unit had a strong musty odor on check in. The odor took over 12 hours to dissipate with windows and patio door open all the time. The ceiling fan stopped working after several hours. We told the host and they sent someone to check who said he “smelled something,” but there was nothing that could be done. We were refused a different unit. The price charged was excessive for this unit.

Clean studio. Easy check-in. Nice mud room / ski room at the entrance of the condo. Kitchen had drip coffee maker with filters, Keurig, pots/pans and dishes. 5 min. walk to Mammoth Village and gondola to Canyon Lodge. Management was available by phone when I had questions. I would stay here again.

Wonderful place!

My teenage son and I stayed here over Presidents' Day weekend. The unit was nicely appointed, very clean and very homey feeling! The amenities including swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, pinball, ping pong and pool table were especially appreciated. The close proximity to the village and gondola was super convenient for us to get up and down the mountain!

Great little place

Perfect for the two of us and our dog. On site hot tub is great, easy walk to the village, and staff was very friendly. Having to pick up and drop off the parking pass at a different location and no dishwasher not ideal, but I'd still stay here again happily

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is clean and cozy. I liked that we were able to bring our dogs with us. The area is quiet, minus during pool hours, but it’s not that bad if you don’t open the windows. The only thing is for us the bed was very uncomfortable but it didn’t make or break the stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a perfect match for a couple looking to get their ski on. The size was big enough for us and our pups. The amenities were great, and it was a quick walk downhill to the gondola, and we were at the Canyon lodge in no time. Check in and check out was as easy as it could be.

Fabulous Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Mammoth, this studio apartment is great if you're looking for ideal location to the gondola and the village. The hot water on demand worked very well and the modern updates were great. The apartment itself smelled very musty, needs a thorough deep clean, we also could have used extra towels (no laundry in unit).

Clean space and good location

This condo was exactly as described. And best of all, it was conveniently located only a 5 minute walk from the village gondola. The only thing that could be improved would be the check-in process. It felt a bit unnecessary to go to the management office to pick up the door code and parking pass. The door code could have been shared through the app, and the parking pass could be waiting in the unit. While this was only a minor inconvenience, I'd definitely stay here again in the future.

Unit Has a Great Location and is Comfortable for Two Friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was comfortable, with a great location. I removed one star for cleanliness because there were crumbs in the sofa pull-out bed when we opened it up, and because there was a massive 2" diameter hairball caught in the shower drain. Aside from these two things, I would stay here again. Note that there is no dishwasher; we did dishes by hand. No big deal but a small dish drying rack would be nice to have.
