Welcome to Beach Villas! This unit is located on the much-desired northern tip of the island! This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, open-concept condo will greet you with enchanting views of the beach as soon as you walk through the door! This 5th-level unit features a fully equipped kitchen that includes every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two full beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered private parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! The pool was resurfaced August 2025.

Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! There are bike racks for your convenience.

The location is perfect! It's just a short trolley ride to food, drink and "the action". The view is awesome! We spent so much time on the balcony relaxing and enjoying the gulf view. The villa is comfortable and well supplied with just about everything you need. We are already talking about coming back. A big "thank you" to the staff at Coastal Vacations. They were kind, courteous and quick to help if we had questions or needed anything. Thank you Vrbo!

The Robertson’s

We drove 14 hours to stay in Fort Myers and had the best time! We really enjoyed the fact that this property is located towards the end of the island and away from the party crowd. Had perfect weather all week. Would highly recommend staying here. Doc Fords was our favorite restaurant we ate at, definitely recommend trying it out.

Location is amazing. Beach sand offers great walking, running or biking. Soft and white sand to play and sunbathe is perfect. Minutes to the square for food and people watching. Will do this again someday.

Ocean fun

What a wonderful spot on the beach. From the clean rooms to the beautiful beach and heated pool. This place was close to grocery stores and conveniences. Having the host provide an umbrella for the beach in the condo would have been Evan better, but we did find one we could use down by the garage. A few garbage bags and salt and pepper would have been nice. Also thicker pillows as well. It was still magnificent. We were hoping for an early check in but the condo wasn’t ready, and that was disappointing but nevertheless , it was lovely overall..

Great week to relax

This is a really nice condo. Great location and walkable to other areas of the beach. Check in process was easy and on the way to the condo. Overall the property was clean. With any rental there are always a few things requiring attention. Nice to have beach towels available. Only concern is partnered beach rental company comes INTO condo prior to communicated time with no warning (and very early) to retrieve equipment and cleaning personnel are knocking on doors before check out hour of 10 am. Ft Myers is great and we will keep this unit on our list for future visits!

Loved it!

The property was very clean and nice. It was just my husband and I and we were very impressed with the space. It is literally right on the beach and we used the balcony a lot to eat and watch the waves. The property has beach chairs and a cooler than you can use which is great. We rented bikes and rode about a mile to where all the restaurants were located. I will say that is the only con (no restaurants closer than that) but we didn’t mind the bike ride/walk at all there is a really nice sidewalk and the property has a full kitchen. The pool was small but we didn’t use it anyway, we came for the beach. Would recommend!

June 2021 stay

5th floor condo with screened in wrap around Lanai was nice. Furniture needs updating. The condo does show its age but worked for what we needed. Having a washer/dryer in t he condo was nice. Appliances worked fine. Nothing fancy but functional. For a week it was fine. If we were to stay longer, we would look for something a little more upscale.

No power/electricity for 2 days

By far the worst VRBO experience I have had. We were without power for 2 of the 4 days.I reached out to the management company numerous times and they did nothing to help or inform us as to when the power would be restored. they never even tried to call us back after numerous calls. We had to use the neighboring hotel and spend most our time there. we eat out due to it being an electric stove and could not cook the food we purchased and ultimately had to throw it all away. It was such an inconvenience to not be able to stay in the condo we paid for.

Fort Myers Beach

The initial check-in process was fine. When we arrived at the unit, the code did not work. I did call the number and waited over an hour for someone to return my call sitting outside of the unit. I finally called the emergency number and someone answered and supplied us with a new code. I was then able to gain entry into the unit. My overall feeling of the unit itself was it was lovely and definitely not a disappointment. If I had to give some advice back to the management group, it would be to have someone actually answer the phone and make it clear that if you have a problem to call the emergency number.

Great location for a beach trip!

Overall, we had a great experience. The space was great for our group (5 adults), but would also be very family friendly as well. The ocean view is fantastic, extremely easy access to the beach. Parking was easy and accessible. The rental does not provide a lot of extras (toilet paper was 1 or 2 rolls, no coffee filters, etc), but that is communicated up front- the listing is very accurate and we didn’t have any surprises. While there weren’t any extra frills, there really doesn’t need to be because the beach location easily makes up for it. While you can walk to restaurants, it’s about a .7 mile walk and the area isn’t well lit at night (along the main road- however there are sidewalks). Although that didn’t impact our stay, it may be something those with small children should consider if they plan on walking much at night. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean & maintained. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

A number of issues

The company that runs this property was extremely helpful in getting our stay sorted, but we had a number of issues. On the day of our check-in, they informed us that our initial condo had a significant water issue. They sent over 3 other properties for us to choose from, none quite as good as the initial property (for various reasons). But we selected one, and this property ended up having a minor roach infestation. The property manager sent out their maintenance person that sprayed the property but certainly not ideal to have bugs inside your condo. Again the property manager was very responsive to all of this, but it is hard to give a good review with so many issues

There was a reported leak coming from the unit above in Beach Villas #504, that was the reason for the move. Unfortunately, bugs and insects are inevitable when staying on a barrier island. We are happy you reported it to us and we were able to spray. We hope that you will consider staying with us in the future and taking advantage of Beach Villas #504. Master bedroom leaked water

Check in process was easy. Once at the condo we checked each room and found the master bedroom had water all along the outside wall and into the main floor. Contacted management immediately before unpacking. We were told they had unprecedented rain and they would send maintenance over. Three days later and no maintenance but they did send a restoration company over with huge fans and a large dehumidifier. All were very noisy and produced a lot of heat. Management basically told us they same thing over and over....it was due to unprecedented rain. No compensation or offer to move condos. This is the fifth floor mind you. Finally we got customer service to call after numerous text and emails. The lady was rude and the phone call got heated. She hung up. The fans and dehumidifier were left in the room for two days being removed on day three which was day five six of our 7 night stay. After another long email we were finally offered one nights reimbursement. Hardly worth the trouble. I have numerous pictures and videos to share if anyone would like to see them. The condo itself was pretty good but the rental company is a joke and we will never book with them again

I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the noise and heat from the equipment and the delayed response.
