This great home also offers 2 seater kayak, 2 bikes, games, dock for boat rental, and a child safety fence for the pool!

Upon entry into the home you and your guests will fall in love with the open concept floor plan and modern coastal décor. In the living room you will find plenty of seating to sit and relax while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the Smart TV. This living room also includes a work table with charging station and board games for guests to choose from. In this luxury kitchen you will find all you need to prepare your favorite meals including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, water kettle, coffee maker, and other kitchen essentials.
In the Master bedroom you will find a comfortable King size bed, desk, and luxurious ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a large shower, double sinks, and a large soaking tub. In the other rooms, guests will find a variety of beds ranging from King to bunk beds. These rooms share two guest bathrooms that both feature large showers.

Once outside, guests will find the true highlight of Villa Sunshine & Unwind; the screened in lanai! This lanai features a heated pool and spa. This large and custom-built pool is perfect for cooling off in the Florida sun while the spa is the perfect place to relax in the evenings. This lanai also features plenty of outdoor furniture where you and your guests can soak up the sun, enjoy a meal, or watch TV on the outdoor Flat screen. Down by the canal guests can enjoy some beautiful sunsets, spend the afternoon fishing, or use the provided kayak to explore the canals!
