Welcome to our home. It is an elegant five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath villa nestled in the serene, gated Providence community—an exceptional vacation rental destination offering both comfort and convenience near Orlando’s world-famous attractions.

As you step into this beautifully designed, Victorian-influenced villa, you’ll be met with soaring volume ceilings and sunlight streaming through double-row windows, creating an inviting, airy ambiance. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly from a fully equipped kitchen to a spacious living and dining area—perfect for gathering and making memories.

Outside, discover your own private oasis: a south-facing pool with spa, ideal for morning dips or evening relaxation, surrounded by carefully maintained landscaping and charming views over the golf course and nearby lake.

Bedroom Comforts
This home sleeps up to 10–12 guests comfortably across its bedrooms:

Master Suite: Luxurious king-size bed with ensuite bath and relaxing spa tub
Four additional bedrooms upstairs:
2 bedrooms with Queen beds and two bedrooms with twin setups perfect for kids or friends

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool & Spa heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property and enter the subdivision (max 3 cars are allowed inside the subdivision for each rental and each driver/car needs to be registered at the gate prior to arrival). *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

? What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.

$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.

We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Pool heaters are preset to 86°F prior to arrival.
The achieved water temperature depends on weather conditions.
Pool heaters operate 12 hours per day during daylight hours.
No refund or compensation will be issued if the pool heater malfunctions or fails to reach the desired temperature.
Spa heating (if the property includes a built-in spa) is not included in this offer.
Guests wishing to heat the spa at a higher temperature than the pool may add Spa Heat for $20/day.
Spa heating must be booked for the entire stay and paid at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a call-out fee.
