Guests initially enter Endless Summer by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the primary suite, the guest bedroom suite and a laundry room. Walk up a half flight of stairs to find another guest bedroom and bathroom. On the top floor of the home, you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. You can access private, outdoor balconies through the master bedroom, living room and one of the guest bedrooms. There is an outdoor shower -- perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or the community pool -- conveniently located near the exterior staircase to the front door.



Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Isle of Palms will be conducting beach replenishment from July through November 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site. Check the City site for more details.

CONSTRUCTION. Please note that construction for new water sewer line is ongoing in the community until end of April. Landscaping work will occur during May and June. There will also be work done during July 8-21 on the fascia of all buildings. There may be construction & vehicular noise, dust and temporary roadways but the road to Fairway Dunes villas will remain open.
