Funky Chalet next to The Pine River

This chalet setting at the base of Mansfield ski club is as beautiful in the summer as it is in the winter. A perfect summer getaway, not too far from the city and yet completely relaxing. A perfect spot to be based to take advantage of all the area has to offer, including excellent road biking as well as mountain biking just across the road in the Dufferin County Forest. This small community is right on the Pine river and has a beautiful swimming pond, field and multisport courts.

The chalet is extremely unique with a modern kitchen open dinning room and living room which opens to a deck with BBQ facing the river which can be heard flowing. There is also a finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom and rec room and laundry. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has 2 single beds.
