We couldn’t be happier that the house was in a perfect location, very clean & the beds were comfortable for you! The fire pit is such a bonus & certainly is great for chilly nights! LOL, “Harry Potter Potty,” that gave us a laugh as well & yes, it is a nice bathroom. 😊 Thank you for being wonderful guests and we thank you kindly for your 5 star review!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. Our listing photos accurately represent the property, and we regret that it did not align with your expectations upon arrival. We appreciate your comments regarding the exterior after the hurricane & have shared them with the owner for review. We would also like to note that the exterior issues referenced have since been resolved.Regarding communication, our records show that the only concern reported during your stay was the handrail that became detached. We responded to your email regarding that issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the additional concerns mentioned in your review, which prevented us from having the opportunity to address them during your stay.Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you the very best in your future travels.

We’re glad you found the property to be well-cared for & as described! It is listed that the house sleeps 4 which means there is sleeping capacity for 4 people, which is accurate. We are completely upfront so just as the table is pictured and described in the property description there are 2 chairs. There is ample seating in other areas to eat. Also, the description does not state there are 2 full bathrooms. What is stated verbatim from the property description is that there is a ½ bathroom downstairs. We’re sorry you missed those details. We agree, in June in Florida though the fire pit provides nice ambiance, you do not need the fire to stay warm it is plenty hot! There are however many cool months here where the fire pit is enjoyed by guests for ambiance & warmth. In regard to the furniture delivery, we do apologize, the owners have multiple rental properties within the area and unfortunately mistakenly gave the wrong delivery address. We hope you understand & we thank you for your review.

We’re happy you enjoyed the great location! Thank you for being our guests & for taking the time to leave a review.
