Hear the Ocean from the Courtyard. This cosy unit is only 1 street back from the beach and across the road from the popular Seabreeze Hotel. It has a private courtyard complete with outdoor dining setting and BBQ. , There is a fully equipped kitchen is there for your use. We provide Wi-fi and a smart TV for your enjoyment. Visit the Lambert's Beach Lookout only 2 minutes away for an amazing view and sometimes even the odd whale or two will pop up its head.

The Space:
Wi-fi and Netflix are provided for your enjoyment. Weekly cleaning is provided.
There is a carport for your use located on Cumberland Ave. Please note there is parking for 1 vehicle in the carport only, other than that there is plenty of street parking.
For your safety and peace of mind, we have a Minut Noise Monitor in the living area and a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door. These features help ensure a secure and comfortable stay while respecting your privacy.

Guest Access:
The unit is for your private use only. There is a shared laundry at the other end with a separate washing machine just for you.

The Neighborhood:
This is a friendly neighbourhood and you will find lots of families enjoying the beach and the local hotel.

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop on the esplanade which will take you to town or Mt Pleasant Shopping Centre should you require it.

Other Things to Note:
We’ve got smart TVs in the BNB, so you can stream your favourite shows anytime. As for free-to-air TV—well, let’s just say it has a mind of its own! Some days it’s all there, other days it’s feeling a bit shy. Luckily, streaming saves the day
