A large sectional and flatscreen TV make the living room an ideal movie night spot and every bedroom contains its own flatscreen TV if quiet nights in better align with guests’ goals. The bathrooms are generously sized, too, and guests will enjoy the upgraded hardware and showers.

This house boasts one of the best backyard and patio setups in Hot Springs. With a covered patio, a natural gas grill, a hot tub, seating for eight, and a fire pit enclosed with an eight-foot privacy fence, guests can enjoy their time outside in peace. It also grants visitors direct access to Lake Hamilton, free wifi, and a parking lot with room for three vehicles.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
