Hi Betsy! Thank you for the stellar review! When you are ready to book your next stay, don't hesitate to reach out!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you had a great experience at our property and enjoyed your stay. Your kind words mean a lot to us and help us continue providing exceptional service. If you enjoyed your time with us, we’d be incredibly grateful if you could share your experience by leaving a Google review using the link we sent by text. This would make our day and help others discover the same great experience you had.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the property did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we're disappointed to hear about the condition of the floors upon your arrival. This is not the standard we strive to provide, and we will share your comments with our housekeeping team for review and improvement. We also understand your concerns regarding the linen policy. While sheet rentals are outlined in the property details and are common for some vacation rentals in our area, we recognize that guests may have different expectations, and we appreciate your perspective on how this impacts the overall guest experience. Regarding occupancy, the maximum guest count is based on the home's bedding configuration and local regulations. However, we understand that comfort levels can vary from group to group, and we're sorry the space felt smaller than anticipated. We regret that your stay did not provide the value and experience you were hoping for. Your feedback is important and helps us identify opportunities to improve. Thank you again for your comments, and we wish you the best in your future travels.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback we’re glad to hear you had a pleasant stay overall and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, convenient location, and well-stocked kitchen. It’s great to know the home was clean and comfortable for your group as well. We do want to clarify for future guests that this property is set up as a vacation rental where linens and certain starter supplies (like paper products and soaps) are limited, as noted prior to arrival. That said, we understand how helpful a few extra essentials can be, and we appreciate you pointing that out. We also apologize for the confusion regarding trash and recycling instructions. That’s something we’ll review and correct to ensure clearer communication moving forward. Thank you as well for mentioning the beach access and dune area your tip about wearing shoes is very helpful for future guests. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the home itself, especially the comfortable mattresses, spacious layout, pool, and ocean-view deck. It's wonderful to know the home worked well for your family, including your children, parents, and dog. That said, we sincerely apologize for the condition of the home upon your arrival and for the extended wait to access the property. Having to spend the first part of your vacation cleaning sand, trash, crumbs, and other debris yourself is absolutely not the experience we want our guests to have. We also regret that the home was not ready within the expected check-in timeframe. Your comments regarding the housekeeping condition, as well as the broken stool, outdoor hose nozzle, and dishwasher installation, have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and the property owner for review and corrective action. We truly appreciate your distinction between liking the home itself and being disappointed with the overall experience. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay you expected on a future visit.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the clean accommodations, private pool, and private patio. We're also pleased that our pet-friendly property helped make your vacation more enjoyable. We appreciate your feedback regarding the linens. Our optional linen packages are outlined in the property listing and rental agreement, but we understand your perspective and appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Guest feedback like yours is valuable, and we'll be happy to share your comments with the property owner for consideration. Thank you for choosing Elliott Beach Rentals. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you and your furry family members back for another memorable Myrtle Beach vacation!
