Our beautiful two-bedroom Kirribilli apartment has expansive harbour views that stretch throughout the combined living, kitchen, dining rooms and balcony.
Freshly re-furnished with a fit-out from the Coco Republic, this apartment is airy and intimate, perfect for a beautiful stay in lovely Sydney!
There are two large bedrooms both with hotel-quality linens and towels, all with built-in wardrobes.
The large bathroom is fitted with top-of-the-range shampoo, conditioner and body wash!

We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!

Kirribilli is only a stone-throw away from the beautiful Sydney CBD and has an amazing village atmosphere. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sydney within 10 minutes but can enjoy the peace and quiet that Kirribilli has to offer.

The suburb has some of the best views that Sydney has to offer, is home to world-famous Luna Park, some of the best walking tracks to view beautiful Sydney, direct access to the Sydney Harbour Bridge as well as great cafes, supermarkets, pubs and liquor stores.

Our beautiful apartment has been renovated to the highest standard, with beautiful furniture throughout fro the Coco Republic. The views from the living room, dining area, kitchen and entertainers balcony are first class. Every single one of these rooms has uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. There is a large living, dining and entertaining room.

You have the perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining in, as well as 2 large bedrooms, perfect for 4 people.

The apartment comes with 1 bathroom, all with beautiful organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

You are only a 5-minute walk to Milsons Point Train Station. This train stop is only one stop away from Sydney's CBD and can get you to where you need to go.

I would also highly recommend walking the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it's just down the road and the views are incredible!

For all train times from Milsons Point, I would recommend downloading the app "Trip View". This will allow you to see all the timetables you could possibly want!

HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties or events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below)

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

THINGS TO KNOW:

*Parking - We do not have a car space for this property. There is 2 hour free parking out the front of the building, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Peel St (3 buildings down) there is 2 hour free parking from the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Peel St has UNLIMITED FREE PARKING on weekends.

*This property is suitable for babies or children. A cot and highchair is available at the home, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up.

*Please note that there is construction work ongoing next door as well the whole of Kirribilli and there may be some noise from Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm. There is also Remedial works to façade and concrete spalling on our building which will go on for 3 weeks from Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 3pm. We advise to keep doors and windows closed during the period of works to minimise the spread of dust.

* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

* Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!

Great location, great amenities, good price. Spacious. Deck a real plus. Only downside on the hottest days is lack of air con, but good airflow with windows and fans.

Bridge views!

A wonderful location with a gorgeous view of the bridge. A sweet place to stay away from the CBD. Everything you need within walking distance. Would happily stay here again with our family.

Nicely appointed, spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located to the Kirribbilli ferry and a train station. Plan to walk 5-10 minutes on somewhat hilly terrain sidewalks to reach them. Great view of the Harbor Bridge. We cooked several times and had everything we needed to do so. Great communication with the leasing company. I would stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location and ease of enjoying walks through and around Sydney. Unit was very clean and comfortable with some tea and coffee available and gifts of chocolate and wine on arrival.

It was a wonderful place to stay when in Sydney. Near train station, great restaurants nearby, beautiful view of the bridge. Comfortable beds, clean and nicely kept unit! Best of all, we had a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift!

Stayed at the Heatherbrae apartments in Kirribilli for a wedding and had a fabulous weekend. Location is great for public transport but nice and quiet. Apartment is well appointed and the wine bottle on arrival was a welcome touch. Will stay again!

Fabulous location

What a wonderful condo. The location is fantastic! Just short walk from the Milson train station, the Milson Point ferry or the Harbor bridge itself, they all provide quick and easy access to the city and beyond. Loved the supply of coffee/tea/sugar, and bubbly beverages, thank you!

wonderful apartment, great location, highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved the apartment. The view was lovely especially at sunset. Excellent location, just down the road for ferries and Luna Park. Extremely tidy and they even provided us with drinks crackers upon arrival. Very highlky recommend.

Fantastic Stay

We just stayed at Heatherbrae II over the long weekend. The place is clean, and light filled. Balcony with bridge views made for a romantic alfresco dinner on the balcony. Neighbourhood is very quiet and location is very convenient, being a quick walk to the ferry and the train. Bed was comfy and we had all of the amenities that we needed. Thanks to the Getawayz Team for a lovely weekend.

Brilliant birthday weekend

The unit was fabulous - and perfect for what we needed. It was my daughter's 16th birthday, so we planned a girls' weekend and went to Luna Park. It was just two mums and two teenage girls - and it turned out to be the best birthday ever. Thank you!

Perfect position

What a little gem this is. So clean and comfortable and the balcony with its amazing bridge view is just lovely. Stunning area which offers lovely walks. You can walk across the bridge to The Rocks in 20 minutes or a quick walk to the ferry and be across the harbour in just a few minutes. Great to be out of the CBD busy-ness but still have great cafes and services nearby. Can’t recommend more highly, didn’t want to leave!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed apartment. It not only had everything we needed but was also very comfortable. The fantastic view of the harbour bridge and superb location were just the icing on the cake! It’s not only close to a well connected station but even closer to the ferry wharf and a short commute to Circular Quay. Since we were blessed with lovely weather this was just unbeatable. The bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival was a lovely extra. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect apartment

Our family really enjoyed this cool apartment. The location was perfect, providing easy access to excellent places for breakfast and dinner in the neighborhood. We walked a number of times from the apartment, across the Sydney bridge, and over to The Rocks and the harbor. 25 minute walk to the Opera House or take a ferry over. The check-in process was easy and the owner was great and worked with us to make a reservation change. Highly recommend!

Not quite

Location is good in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access but you do have to climb a few stairs. Unit was not clean with hair everywhere. Bathroom has mold and peeling paint. Kitchen has everything you need if you only need it for 4 people. Was not worth the price.

Comfortable apartment with super view.

There was great communication with the host throughout the booking process. The apartment is located in a lovely suburb of Sydney with great transport links to central Sydney and good neighbourhood restaurants. The bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely welcome touch. We liked that toiletries were provided for washing and showering. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony on a sunny afternoon. A minor suggestion would be to remove the “plastic plants” and add a watering system to the plants to make more of that outside space, as it is definitely a lovely resource. We would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Sydney.

Across from cbd and limited security. Mom and daughter.

We had issues with door locking and unlocking. Most windows did not have locks on them and it wasn’t until day before we checked in that we were told front door of apartment remains unlocked and to not go up stairs in building as residents will call police. We also had issues with dryer not working and didn’t hear from management until after we checked out after asking about it on day 2. Beautiful pictures in ad looking at bridge is true but was not reflective of feeling of unit. Of the 6 places we stayed in over 4 weeks in Australia from Canada, this was was least central, worst linens and felt a bit unsafe and worst responsiveness from management.

A property that has the potential to exceed expectations.

This property, structurally, is very tired. The outdoor balcony ceiling needs to be finished, and the bathroom ceiling is covered in black mold. The towels are wafer thin (not hotel quality as it claims). In fact, one of the towels used was a cloth nappy. Towels are stained. The kitchen is not an entertainer's delight. When we arrived, there was one large stockpot, but not smaller saucepans to make even a spaghetti sauce / pasta dish, no salad bowl or lovely salad servers (not tongs). The toilet rim underneath had not been cleaned, and there were cobwebs, etc. Overall, this is an appalling property that does not match the photos. That said, the team from Getawayz (James) was extremely responsive. The fundamental issue is structural: This, coupled with undertaking an inventory of household items (including maintaining it after each use), will ensure a pleasant stay. That is, if you want to cook at home, to make this possible. The pillows also need to be replaced. The location is excellent, and the Kirribilli local community good but misses out on a comprehensive supermarket. Immersive experiences through grocery shopping and cooking at home, are all part of the home away from home experience. You won't get this with this property, as it currently stands. It has potential; however, I would never stay in this property again and that is based on my experience of using Stayz/Air BnB for over 15 years.

What a view!!!

Got this place for my mum. It was her first time in Sydney, and what better way to introduce her to this city than to get a place with the harbour views. Highly recommended.

Awesome pet friendly accom in the heart of Sydney

Great little appartment in kirribilli with views of the bridge which was stunning during vivid. Park the car forget about it and walk to bars restaurants Luna park and the ferry to everywhere!! And the furry kid is welcomed with open arms 5 thumbs up👍👍👍👍👍
