Hi Elaine, Thanks for your review! We are delighted that you have chosen to stay at our property. Thank you for your feedback on the property, particularly that the balcony ceiling needs to be finished, the bathroom ceiling is covered in black mould, and the towels are wafer-thin. All of these are important to us, and you can be assured that all of them will be added to the account for appropriate action and consideration. Furthermore, we understand that you were looking for the other things that you need to prepare food that were not available during your stay as we usually place the basics in the kitchen. We hope you were able to find other kitchen pots that are available in the kitchen to substitute those things you mentioned. The feedback you provided about the toilet rim underneath not being cleaned, as well as the cobwebs and other issues you pointed out, have been added to the account so that suitable action can be taken. Thank you for appreciating our communication -- we strive to deliver the best possible experience by being available whenever needed. We wish you all the best. Best wishes, The Getawayz NSW Team.
