This place was wonderful for a family gathering. The family space was beautiful, open and awesome for conversation. The kitchen was great for cooking family meals. All of the rooms were comfy and provided privacy for everyone! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place was everything the ad says. It was clean. Close to everything including some great restaurant choices. Would stay again if in the area.

Home was as described and fit our needs perfectly. We were in town to watch the Red Sox play the Cards and got a kick out of the baseball themes and Cards memorabilia (home plate shaped welcome mat :-). The location was great - easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, cafes. Fun and funky bars, shops, etc. Mix of old school our group loved. We walked to the Stadium for the game too. . If we came back to St Lou we'd book again.

St. Louis family trip

The condo was clean and in a great location. The space was as advertised with lots of room to spread out for our family of 7. All of the beds were very comfortable.

Lovely home in a great location

Very nice place to stay

The communication with the management company was excellent, the house was nice, clean, and it accommodated my group’s needs very well. I wish there were a bigger outdoor space with a grill, but the inside makes up for that. The neighborhood in general is ok. Its location definitely is good - a short ride from most things we did. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Perfect for baseball fans

This place is perfect for out of town era wanting to catch a game. Very spacious and clean inside. Communication great. We were in town to catch some Cardinals games and it was absolutely wonderful.

Nice weekend

House was great! Very clean and spacious for 2 Mom's and 4 kids. Quick walk to soulard market, epic Pizza, protagonist coffee and baked &boiled bagels! Very quick to get on and off the highway to access anywhere on St Louis.

Amazing Find

Myself plus seven other stayed here. The listing was extremely accurate. There was plenty of space to move around with tripping over each other. The location was amazing, its close to the highway and in a walkable neighborhood. We visited a few local bars, restaurants, and the famers market in the area. Would stay here again next time I'm in town.

Best for families!

This was honestly the best home for myself and my family! There were 8 of us total and it fit all of us perfectly! Bathrooms were clean, kitchen was super helpful, and the toys helped with my littles! Thank you for letting us utilize your property!

Perfect City Center Spot !!

We loved this baseball themed house! It is in the absolute best location. We spent three nights to visit all the favorites in St Louis. The house was literally 8 mins within everything we went to. The check in process and communication was great. The house was really unique and updated. The neighborhood was very nice as well. Overall we loved our stay and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Summer vacay

This property is in a great location. So close to so many places that we wanted to see while in town. Very clean and hosts were communicative. Our only problem was that the AC couldn’t quite keep up to the triple digits during our stay. There is central air in part of the home and portable units in the upstairs bedrooms. We are from hot summer months also so we would have preferred for a nice cool home each day.

Nice holiday stay

Clean and comfortable. Water leak in basement level laundry room migrates into the closest bedroom carpet. Some door fixtures were loose and repaired by us. Otherwise we would rate it good. Attempted to call host on Tuesday morning at checkout time, but did not reach anyone at the number listed in the email from them.

Close to Downtown and union station

Stayed with family ages1-73. Worked very well. No real backyard or grassy area. The inside is very nicely updated. Master is beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were great. Close to union station and downtown. Owner was responsive to emails and texts. Outside temps were hot when we were there and central A/C had trouble keeping up. A couple of room units upstairs helped those rooms.

Family vaca 2023

Great location. Close to all touristy things of St. Louis. Quiet neighborhood. Green Park across the street. Could use more kitchen basics. Like drinking glasses, plates ,utensils for 10.(only had 6). A cookie sheet would be nice. Only had comfortable seating in common space for 4. Leaving 6 sitting in hard kitchen chairs. Only a 4 star rating due to the above.

Great stay - only one caveat

This is a great property, and a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs bathrooms were spacious. Make sure you stop at the Soulard Farmer's Market. No need to drive. Walk there. Our only comment echoes another review: There are two coffee makers, a full knife set, plates, bowls, glasses and a cutting board or two. Plenty of silverware. However, if you are planning to make more than a continental breakfast, you may struggle. If you plan to cook, bring what you need to cook.

Condo review

3 levels , top 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms . Small stall first floor. No bathroom bottom level 2 bedrooms not convenient. Dog next door barked a lot. We are all dog people but it was ridiculous. The heat control , NEST hard to set temperature seemed loose on wall.Otherwise it was nice everything we needed, we walked to Baseball. Thank you
