Welcome to our spacious and updated home in one of the best neighborhoods in St. Louis! This 19th century 3-story home offers a comfortable retreat for up to 12 guests (plus infant), making it an ideal choice for families and friends looking to explore the vibrant city of St. Louis.

Step into warmth and character, including original wood floors, and high ceilings with plenty of light. The first floor offers a convenient half bath and a well-stocked kitchen, equipped with stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The adjacent dining area and kitchen bar seat 12 comfortably with plenty of counter space for serving. The flow and design of the first floor ensure you’ll easily find a space to play games, watch Roku tv, curl up with a book or catch up over a glass of wine.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll escape to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Each upper floor has a large modern bathroom down a hallway, and a bedroom suite designed to sleep 6 guests quite comfortably. The updated bathrooms have separate tubs and showers. The suites have very large bedrooms sleeping four plus an additional bedroom enclosed by french doors. You’ll find amenities like large closets, tvs, books and games, reading chairs, ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. The new, soft carpeting and brick construction of this home make the upper floors quiet and peaceful retreats. Whether you’re in town for a vacation, wedding, reunion, or work, you’ll sleep well on memory foam mattresses and soft linens.

One of the highlights of this property is the fenced-in double lot, with ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck and let the kids (or adults!) run around. There is a charcoal grill and outdoor seating as well.

1. The outdoor spaces are off-limits to gathering/talking/playing music during quiet hours after 10pm to avoid disturbing neighbors. Gather indoors during quiet hours.
2. Noise levels should be respectful to neighbors at all times of the day (no loud music). The house is equipped with noise detection sensors to alert if noise becomes excessive, indoors or outdoors. These do not record anything.
3.No visitors at the property without prior permission of hosts.
4. No smoking of any kind indoors, and glitter and confetti should not be brought into the home.
