The attention to detail in this house was exceptional! From the beautiful landscaping to the extremely comfortable furniture, this house was by far the nicest one we've stayed at! Nice selection of games! Nothing was broken. Beach access was easy to navigate. Pool was refreshing and secluded. Would definitely want to stay here again!!

We stayed at Utopia for a much needed family vacation and it was Utopia. After a day it felt like home. The privacy was devine,as was the pool area. The large livingroom was a treat with all the comfortable furniture to gather on. This a beautiful home worth coming back to again.

Great home

This is one of the few rentals we would stay in again. The living room was huge and very comfortable. The main bedroom provided privacy and great space. Newer appliances, comfortable outdoor furniture, and relatively easy check in. The location can't be beat. Beach was great for little kids as there were always wading pools and it was very quiet in the offseason. Really good experience.

Some Good, Some Average

The pictures made it seem brighter. It's actually quite dark with very few windows. Mainly those facing the ocean. The "detached suite" was in the basement and was very musty smelling. The "top of the line stainless steel appliances" were not in good working order as two of the burners did not work on the stove, the toaster had broken pieces, the Mr. Coffee was in tough shape and the dishwashers top rack did not clean well. Several rooms on the main floor had musty odors as well and the wifi was not functioning for the first two days we were there as it took until Monday for them to send someone to fix it. The pool was the highlight!!! It was BEAUTIFUL, as was the landscaping surrounding the pool.

Great oceanfront property

We stayed with another family at this great property on the beach. Location was a short half mile to Main Street, so far enough to be away from the noise of the center of town, but close enough to be walkable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the pool was a nice getaway when we needed a break from the beach. The deck was also a great place to relax and watch the ocean and enjoy the breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing House & Location

Perfect location! Within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do, and there is a ton to do in North Myrtle Beach. The beach is beautiful and the pool is amazing. The house was super nice. We had plenty of space, everything was clean and well maintained, and the property management team was easy to work with.

Incredible Vacation and Property

It was an absolutely beautiful home, prime location, perfect access to the beach, and all around excellent vacation! Elliot Rentals provided great customer service and we cannot recommend this home enough! We’ve already booked our vacation for next year at this same house we loved it so much!
