MAIN LIVING SPACE: Whitewashed shiplap dress the walls in the 2nd-floor main living space, where den, dining area and kitchen flow. The in-kitchen dining table seats six, while the den welcomes relaxation with two sofas and a cozy club chair all set before the wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. A wall of windows let in coastal sunshine, while the French door opens to a balcony that extends the living space and offers great views of Town Center.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first king bedroom on the ground floor features rattan headboard and coastal accents, with a private bath with dual sinks and water closet. A 1st-floor hallway offers bunk beds for the kids. On the second floor, a queen bedroom has balcony access. A bathroom, which also serves the den area, offers dual sinks and spacious walk-in shower with bench. The primary king suite on the third floor, offers all-white haven—from walls to furnishings and the cozy bed piled with pillows. Sliding doors reveal the spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The primary suite balcony, where you can relax on rocking chairs, offers breezy privacy during downtime.

GREAT FEATURES: On the third floor, the primary suite also offers a coffee corner with a drink bar and reading nook. A second-floor washer-dryer keeps laundry tidy. Our front, a welcoming front porch with more rocking chairs offers additional outdoor space, while a rear driveway and carport make parking and unloading easy.
