We really enjoyed our stay! My boys loved the pool and water park. The room was clean upon arrival and communication with the property manager was pretty seamless. They are accommodating and friendly. However, with the price increase since last year, the park spaces could really benefit from some updates and fresh upkeep, like a new coat of paint and updated pool chairs.

Truly enjoyed staying here. Room was as expected. Views from front and back were wonderful and the sundecks were great for sunset views. Waterpark is a fun getaway when you want to get off the beach for a while. Would definitely stay there again. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly to the couple questions I had.

We had a wonderful time at Harborside! Very family friendly. The unit was spacious and clean and worked well for our family (2 grandparents my husband and me and our two kids ages 8 & 11). The water park was great and the unit is close to the beach and multiple restaurants. We’d visit again!

Beautiful view from my unit. It was clean and was stocked well. My stay was better than anticipated. Communication withbthe property manager was so fast and very responsive. The stay was absolutely wonderful.

Great Family Vacation

This property offered everything you'd need for a fun family vacation. The location was perfect, the beds were comfortable, access to the water park went smoothly, and the kitchen was well stocked. We were very happy with this stay.

Condo was very clean. It was really well stocked with beach essentials and towels. For some reason the carbon monoxide alarm was blinking red and the air vent makes a very annoying sound in the master bed room. Other then that, great.

Perfect and clean

Loved this place! Quick walk to the beach and a little water park right downstairs. The views are phenomenal. We hope to be back to this exact location soon!

Wonderful vacation spot

We love the water park and the short walk to the beach! We’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy our time in Indian Rocks. One minor issue this visit was the only elevator to the 6th floor was down for a couple days

We really enjoyed our stay! The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, clearly communicated, and easy to follow. Debra, the property manager, was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful in every interaction, which made the experience even better.The only small improvements we'd suggest are adding a broom for quick cleanups, as the vacuum was quite loud, and installing a few towel hooks in the bathroom for added convenience.Overall, a great stay, we’d definitely come back!

Great Family Get Away!

This property is perfect for our family! They have everything we needed. Even better than the listing made it look. Beautiful rooms with great views of the Waterpark, the Narrows, and you can view the ocean from decks.

Great for the Family and Awesome Views

This is our third year staying at Harbourside but first year in the condos. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. Stocked with all the accessories and the balconies provided beautiful views. Our son enjoyed the water park and we hope to be back next year!
